And @IKEAUK @IKEAUKSupport that nice detailed email I sent outlining the catalogue of problems in your service for which one of your nice agents promised a response within 72hrs… could you respond to that this year? Or pop round when you collect that new oven that doesn’t work?
I mean at the very least @IKEAUK @IKEAUKSupport please please please collect that faulty oven that you delivered at some point this year or maybe tell me a day you’re going to come and then actually come…?
Has anyone anywhere ever had any success ever with @IKEAUK @IKEAUKSupport? Maybe just not being cut-off after 45mins on hold, twice per day, most days of the week? Do the service agents have any agency to affect anything positively? I mean ABBA are great and everything but still
