Ok. That was good. I'll admit it. Well done, guys.
An important statement from Yogscast Games.

ALT This message comes with a lot of thought and it’s something we’ve been meaning to adress. A few weeks ago we declared that Pluto was still a planet and we got so many messages saying we need to let it go and stop trying to make “Pluto is still a planet” a thing so we’ve decided to release a statement and correct the narrative. Pluto is 100% a real planet, screw you all, and the new Glory On Pluto demo is out now, and you can go to Pluto in it because Pluto is a real full big planet and we are never going to change our minds. It's not Star Citizen being accused of ship plagiarism this time... Refreshing.

You know, after thinking about it, Acerthorn DID make some provably false statements of fact in his defamation lawsuit against me... Wondering if turnabout is fair play here... Something to consider.
Spending the day working on the deep dive discussion on the Acerthorn defamation suit now that it's over. Having to script this one as I have to be VERY careful how I phrase things given it's almost a certainty he'll sue me over this one too. Still, this stuff needs to be said.
BUT, if Acerthorn fucking tries anyways... Guess whose state got a brand spanking new anti-slapp law that went into effect January 1st!
Also, if you want to see how ALL of this started...

LAWSUIT UPDATE: Because I un-privated the Acerthorn videos after he LOST his Defamation suit against me, it seems he thinks that will allow him to try and sue me all over again in Idaho. Thing is, it doesn't work that way. It's the same video(s), not reuploads. SO single ...cont.
No I've discussed just such a thing with the attorney and this is the pitfall of California code in regard to defamation suits. Given the specifics of my case, there aren't any applicable statutes that would award fee recovery against Acerthorn. PLUS he's broke.
Dude, ALL of the X-Wing novels were absolute bangers. And Stackpole wrote FOUR of them. Not just 2. Aaron Allston wrote the Wraith Squadron novels that followed them and those were exceptional as well. The two collaborated with each other on the series, too.
Dude, tip of the iceberg. A few of my friends asked me why I didn't critique the movies with how much I bitched about them. My response was "Because the critiques would be twice as long as the movies themselves."
No matter how many times Acerthorn has been called a piece of shit, it will likely never be enough. It is also, unfortunately, an insult to all myriad forms of shit everywhere in the world.
Replying to @alt_Psymon
Acerthorn files all of his lawsuits in forma pauperis (in the form of a pauper), meaning he does not have to pay the court filing fees. He also files everything pro se, meaning he represents himself. It literally costs him $0 to weaponize the legal system and target his critics.
How about... instead of raising prices the Corpos could focus on creating games that are actually good and that run well. They could get some brand recognition and save on advertising budgets instead. ;)
So... Another day ending in Y then...

4 years and 8 months. That's how long I've been under some form of lawsuit by that psychopath Acerthorn. First for Copyright Infringement which was designed to silence, punish, destroy, and unjustly enrich himself and then for Defamation for more of the same.
Judge denied his request within minutes. Seemingly, the Judge is done with his bullshit. David will undoubtedly file an appeal but for the first time in YEARS I am not currently being sued by Acerthorn. Working on a video that will deep dive the allegations and the truth.
Stebbins v. Redfield (3:23-cv-00321) aka Acerthorn v @SidAlpha
Acer has filed a motion to leave to file Motion for Reconsideration after his recent Dismissal loss in his lawsuit against Sid.
Yes, Acerthorn. This came from me. No, my Attorney did not know about it. Why? Because it is material to the lawsuit filed against @Spectre_Report. Acerthorn has been storing the data for his MANY lawsuits on an external drive that has seemingly failed. Can you say "spoilation"?
Update to David Stebbins's (@acerthorn ) silly little glitch of his silly little "active cases folder" of his silly little vexatious litigation drive.
He confirmed it was a full-blown drive failure. Now I need to file a supplement.
