1/ Today we’re releasing Aerie: fast post-quantum signature aggregation, using lattice-based SNARKs for lattice-based Falcon signatures. On a laptop (CPU only), it aggregates roughly a full Ethereum slot’s worth of signatures (32,768) in 0.65 seconds.

• 16,384 Falcon-1024 signatures aggregated also in 0.63 seconds
• 2.1 GiB peak memory usage
• 10x faster single-core verification than checking signatures individually

Blockchains rely on cryptographic signatures to verify transactions and establish consensus.
Today, systems like Ethereum use BLS signatures, which allow thousands of validator signatures to be efficiently aggregated.
The problem? BLS signatures aren't quantum-resistant.
And the post-quantum alternatives being standardized today don't support the same native aggregation.
