I’m excited to see this come out today. Born out of a mentorship challenge, the coaches coffee club has become a network of support and collaboration.
I’m honored to speak about the group and coaching

Some very good news. World Rugby just announced they are streaming all the U20 Championship live on YouTube (which should also mean full replays available if not able to watch live). Hopefully now this is replicated for U20 Trophy next month too.

Beautiful example of passing under pressure!
This Richie Gray pass is a coach's dream.
• 74 minutes in
• big hands out towards the ball
• catches it early to pass it early
• swings through the hips to generate momentum
• doesn't overcomplicate it with a spin
• hands towards the target at point of release

The New Year had plenty of storms — better yet, it shall also have plenty of blue skies, green fields, and spots of gooey mud to have fun in.
Which makes the storms to come that much more tolerable.
Here’s to you and your teams. @SiVRFC @SiVRFCMen
