The inflation in Nigeria is largely rebased. Bangladesh is closest to Nigeria in population. However, its GDP is almost twice in size now.
Some Nigerians played stupid games in 2015. Eleven years have passed, & Nigeria is yet to recover from it. Growth is still out of reach.
Now, they can only compare the standard of living in Nigeria with that of war-torn Somalia & DR Congo. Even so, Niger, Mali, DR Congo, & Libya are outperforming Nigeria. They wanted change, & they got it. Nigeria is now a rice, bread, indomie, ewa, eba, & 2k economy.
