It’s remarkable how the antisemitic myth of Jewish global control persists in the face of catastrophic Israeli PR.

Being Jewish is like when someone is mad at you for something you did in a dream they had. 😵💫

Navi Pillay — applauded by @amnesty, @hrw, @ACLU and the @UN, among other pillars of the human rights establishment — gets Hamas’s endorsement for her Nobel Peace Prize win. Enough said.
BBC: Hamas welcomes Navi Pillay’s Nobel Peace Prize win
@NobelPrize Even the BBC is reporting that the enemies of peace are now celebrating your choice for the peace prize. Shame on you.
A perfect example of the incestuous circlejerk synergy between captured international organizations and the media: a rotating cast of entrenched, well-connected know-nothings congratulating each other for replacing facts with ideology.
Meanwhile aligned access-driven pundits fawn while the world groans under the weight of unsolved problems.
Congrats to Navi Pillay, veteran human rights lawyer and leader of efforts to create accountability for human rights abuses from South Africa to Rwanda to Gaza, on winning the Nobel Peace Prize. She's an emblem of the human rights legal system now under attack. nytimes.com/live/2026/10/09/…

Maybe next year they’ll give the Chemistry prize to a Hamas bomb maker.
The Nobel committee chair says they have "great faith" in Navi Pillay's integrity, but whether the Hamas-Israel war can be called a genocide is for the ICJ to decide, not them.
Then why give the Peace Prize to the person whose commission already decided it, with no authority to do so?
This is the same Navi Pillay who:
🚩 Signed a 2020 statement calling on governments to "Sanction Israel," then was appointed a year later to chair the UN inquiry into Israel without disclosing it
🚩 Defended a fellow commissioner who said social media is "controlled largely by the Jewish lobby," calling him "deliberately misquoted." He later apologized for his antisemitism himself
🚩 Ran the 2009 Durban conference that Ahmadinejad opened with an antisemitic speech, after dismissing Jewish groups' warnings as a "lobbying campaign"
🚩 Criticized the US in 2014 for funding Iron Dome to protect Israeli civilians from rockets, with no mention of Hamas firing them
They handed her the world's most famous honour two days after the October 7 anniversary and then said they're not taking a position on what she's known for.
So what do they mean by "peace"?
What the fuck?
BREAKING NEWS

Imagine my surprise @AP .
Again, IF- the same massive IF Palestinian elections happen, the playbook is older than I
I can recite it in 3 languages and I can spell it backwards and upside down.
Salutes to all the Palestinian optimists out there, per Einestein: you are Insane!
Regardless of PCPSR (which I don't trust) I'll reaffirm my prediction from last month:
IF Palestinian elections actually happen (massive IF) Fatah/PLO and Hamas will do everything possible to emotionally charge voters and crush anything trying to emerge between them.
But here's the fun part:
We're already having an election before the election.
The new PNC will have 350 seats:
200 from Palestine.
150 from the diaspora.
Sounds democratic enough.
Except diaspora voting works like this:
Direct election where possible.
If not?
Electoral college.
If not that?
Consensus.
And if necessary: appointment.
😘
Kuwait already went first.
Congratulations, Palestinians in Kuwait: you now have 2 representatives in the PNC.
Did the Palestinian community directly vote for them?
No.
An electoral college did.
Lebanon is now using the same route. Syria, Iraq and others are part of the ongoing diaspora process.
And here's the part people keep missing:
These 150 diaspora seats are PLO seats.
Meanwhile, candidates in the Palestinian legislative election must commit to the PLO as the sole legitimate representative and to its political/national program and international commitments.
So I was preparing a whole slide deck explaining this mess.
Then I realized the basic point fits in one sentence:
Before Palestinians get to vote for change, the existing system is already deciding who gets to represent a huge chunk of Palestinians.
The election hasn't happened yet.
The pre-election has.
This is largely part of why do I personally care, stateless-palestinian have no say in their fate-decision-makers.

October 7 2023 is the most documented and intensely filmed crime of mass murder and atrocious sadism in all of human history. Those who celebrated it on that day, October 8 2023 and the following weeks shocked us all.
Today should only be a sorrowful day. Those who march today of all days in London or elsewhere are not only rejecting and mocking the most elementary decency but celebrating the killing, torture and rape of ordinary people. It is hard to think of anything more degenerate and depraved.
The decision to allow this march today is unconscionable, cowardly and despicable @metpoliceuk @ShabanaMahmood, an abuse and degradation of our values of free speech and assembly, particularly after countless demonstrations that have already taken place. I am afraid it reveals a saddening and alarming void at the moral centre of this government and police that should worry us all.

wow, the Mayors are queuing up to make sure we don't get to grieve without offering an apology. After a drive-by gesture of regret Mamdani proceeded to contextualise us to death and without ever uttering the J word . J people not allowed their own mourning even when massacred, mutilated, raped, abducted .
