The main criticism I've heard is: "there is mainly a reduction in organ support, not mortality, is that even patient important?"

I think the folks that got hung-up on the hierarchical endpoint of ANDROMEDA-SHOCK2 badly missed the target.
It was a great call - need more of it.
Much better to learn something, then debate/discuss its significance & application than it is to learn nothing at all.
