The heart is not simply pumping blood. It is broadcasting information. The current state of your nervous system affects the quality of that broadcast. The heart produces the strongest electromagnetic field in the human body.
Our emotional state directly affects the patterns of the electromagnetic field. Thus, when you feel calm, grateful, and loving, the signal is smooth and coherent, and people around you feel that. And when you feel stressed, fearful, or dysregulated, the signal is jagged and disordered; people also feel that.
The heart naturally sends more communication to the brain than the brain sends to the heart. Thus, the heart is leading and highly influential, and naturally recalibrating the field when it is allowed to do so. This explains why certain people make you feel immediately safe and held, and others seem to repel you without saying anything.
The whole room or space around you is affected by your energy field. This is why the energy of a room shifts when certain people enter. This is why someone who is deeply regulated can stabilize the energy of a room or his/her surroundings.
