⚫️🇺🇸 SOCIAL SECURITY EXPOSED
KEEP PASSING THIS AROUND UNTIL EVERYONE HAS HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO READ IT...THE ONLY THING WRONG WITH THE GOVERNMENT'S CALCULATION OF AVAILABLE SOCIAL SECURITY IS THEY FORGOT TO FIGURE IN THE PEOPLE WHO DIED BEFORE THEY EVER COLLECTED A SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK!!!
WHERE DID THAT MONEY GO?
Remember, not only did you and I contribute to Social Security but your employer did, too. It totaled 15% of your income before taxes.
If you averaged only $30K over your working life, that's close to $220,500. Read that again.
Did you see where the Government paid in one single penny?
We are talking about the money you and your employer put in a Government bank to ensure you and me that we would have a retirement check from the money we put in, not the Government.
Now they are calling the money we put in an entitlement when we reach the age to take it back.
If you calculate the future invested value of $4,500 per year (yours & your employer's contribution) at a simple 5% interest (less than what the Government pays on the money that it borrows)....after 49 years of working you'd have $892,919.98.
If you took out only 3% per year, you'd receive $26,787.60 per year and it would last better than 30 years (until you're 95 if you retire at age 65) and that's with no interest paid on that final amount on deposit!
If you bought an annuity and it paid 4% per year, you'd have a lifetime income of $2,976.40 per month.
THE FOLKS IN WASHINGTON HAVE PULLED OFF A BIGGER PONZI SCHEME THAN BERNIE MADOFF EVER DID.
Entitlement my foot; I paid cash for my social security insurance!
Just because they borrowed the money for another government spending, doesn't make my benefits some kind of charity or handout!!
Remember the benefits for members of Congress?
+ free healthcare,
+ outrageous retirement packages,
+ 67 paid holidays,
+ three weeks paid vacation,
+ unlimited paid sick days.
Now that's welfare, and they have the nerve to call my social security retirement payments entitlements?
They call Social Security and Medicare an entitlement even though most of us have been paying for it all our working lives, and now, when it's time for us to collect, the government is running out of money.

Called an emergency vet clinic to treat a standard ear infection on my dog.
Quote came back at $940.
I asked the receptionist how long the procedure takes.
She goes: "about 10 minutes."
I said: "so I'm paying $5,600 an hour for labor?"
She looked around and whispered:
"I make $18 an hour. The private equity health conglomerate that bought out our local vet clinic last year sets mandatory revenue quotas on every single exam room."
Then she showed me her tablet.
If she doesn't hit $2,500 a day in diagnostic upsells, her clinic manager writes her up.
The original family vet ran that practice for 25 years charging $75 a visit and knew every animal by name.
Now Wall Street private equity owns veterinary clinics, dental chains, and optical stores across the country….. jacked up prices by 400%, and put animal caretakers on corporate sales commissions.
You aren't paying for veterinary care anymore.
You're funding a private equity fund's debt service on a basic ear drop that costs $4 to manufacture.

Americans are extremely frustrated about the decline of our healthcare system
Many Americans go into their doctor appointment, only to find the doctor doesn’t really do anything anymore
“What are doctors doing nowadays? I'm really confused because I feel like we come into the appointment, you do nothing. We tell you all of our symptoms, you do nothing. We leave the doctor's office, you have done nothing. I paid for the appointment that you did nothing in”
“I go home, I research my symptoms, I basically crowdsource, identify the problem myself. Figure out what it is, I go back into the doctor, pay another copay, then I tell the doctor all these things I've discovered — Literally, primary care physicians, what are you guys doing right now? Because you're not doing anything — I don't know what I'm paying you for”
I’ve also experienced this. I’ve went into an appointment, said my symptoms, they’ve typed it into their iPad type device, and then the device said was was wrong with me
This is getting more and more common and there are multiple systems being used now
- EHR platforms are used to pull up patients history and all their notes
- Dedicated clinical decision support and reference tools are then used like ‘UpToDate.’ Doctors type in symptoms or a clinical question and get evidence-based summaries covering differential diagnoses, recommended workups and treatments
- They are even using new AI tools to listen to the visit and draft notes and some even generate diagnosis and recommendations
If this is what our healthcare system is turning into then anyone with a phone and access to AI can just do the same thing at home. Why even bother going to the doctor and spending a copay

American Nurse Practitioner is going through medical notes for cancer patients and what she’s seeing is extremely concerning
She shows oncology notes that recommend patients be given so much chemo they reach the point of “intolerable toxicity”
“Do you think the patient knows the goal is to continue with this chemo until intolerable toxicity? — We need better in medicine. We need better than let's do chemo until it poisons you so bad that you can't take it anymore”
“There's got to be more. Nothing in there about changing your diet, about eating real food, about avoiding toxins, avoiding microplastics, strengthening your immune system, exercising, doing what you can, avoiding sugars… nothing about any of that. Just continue with chemo every 4 weeks until intolerable toxicity”
I can tell you in 2 seconds why there is no patient notes about lifestyle changes, it’s all about profit
In America, one chemotherapy session can be as much as $15,000+ dollars and patients might have to get them weekly
Without insurance a full course of treatment is all over $100,000 typically. It’s so expensive that even with insurance this is how many patients reach their out of pocket maximum on their plans
It’s all about profit
Ohh and I looked it up, there is substantial evidence that several of the lifestyle changes that she mentioned can make a meaningful difference for people with cancer
But those aren’t brought up…. Only the expensive treatment options are recommended
Veterinarian: “Ma’am, where did you get this dog?”
Me: “I adopted him from a shelter six months ago. Why?”
Veterinarian: “Because someone has been bringing him here for the past three years.”
I stared at her.
Me: “That’s impossible. His adoption papers say he was found wandering the streets.”
She turned her computer toward me.
There was a photograph of my dog, Max, sitting beside an elderly man in a blue sweater.
I recognized Max immediately. He had the same white patch on his chest and the same crooked ear.
Me: “Who is that man?”
Veterinarian: “His name is Mr. Harris. He stopped bringing Max in about eight months ago.”
Me: “But I adopted Max six months ago.”
She nodded slowly.
Veterinarian: “That’s why I’m confused.”
I called the shelter and asked them to check Max’s records. They confirmed that he had been brought in as a stray and that no owner had come forward.
Before I left, the veterinarian gave me the man’s address.
I wasn’t sure why I went there, but something didn’t feel right.
When I knocked, an elderly woman opened the door.
Me: “Hello, I’m sorry to bother you. I’m looking for Mr. Harris.”
Her eyes immediately filled with tears.
Woman: “You have Max, don’t you?”

STATEMENT FROM MINNESOTA REPUBLICAN PARTY CHAIR ALEX PLECHASH
"Today, federal agents executed a judicially authorized search warrant at Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's home as part of an ongoing investigation.
Rather than issue our own statement, we'll defer to Rep. Omar. She said it best back in 2023, when the subject of a criminal investigation was someone else:
'Our democracy rests on the rule of law. When someone—no matter how powerful they are—is suspected of a criminal act, our justice system investigates, charges, and convicts them in accordance with due process.'
'Now it is up to all of us, as citizens and elected leaders, to support accountability and to follow the facts where they lead.'
'No one is above the law.'
We couldn't agree more, Congresswoman. We're sure you still feel the same way now that it's your front door. Minnesotans will be watching closely, and so will we."

The Medicare Advantage Bloodbath Has Begun (Check Your Mail). The largest disruption to Medicare Advantage in over 20 years is happening now, and millions of older adults are opening their mailboxes to a terrifying letter - your health plan will CEASE to exist on December 31. Humana, Centene, and Aetna are pulling out of entire counties, canceling thousands of plan options, and gutting drug coverage, which means some people could wake up on New Year’s Day with no private coverage at all.
There's a hidden trigger almost no one is explaining. The government quietly changed the math behind its Star Ratings (a method called Tukey outlier deletion), and overnight it wiped out billions in insurer bonus payments, an estimated $3.5 billion hit to Humana alone. The insurers are retaliating by abandoning unprofitable, mostly rural and suburban counties and stripping down the plans that stay.
BUT, there is a silver lining almost no one is talking about. Because the insurer is breaking the contract, a canceled plan hands you a rare “guaranteed issue” right: you can buy top-tier Medigap coverage with NO medical questions asked, even with cancer, heart disease, or diabetes.
In this deep dive I show you who is leaving, the December 7 trap, and how to turn this corporate retreat into the best coverage upgrade of your retirement.
Please share or repost to help older adults and caregivers navigate this season and make the best decisions for them. 🙏

Starlink on the phone you already own is the product people have been waiting for, and now it’s one big step closer. The dish is the part that kept it expensive. Elon Musk’s SpaceX just bought the spectrum that lets Starlink Mobile act like a carrier, and that’s been the path the whole time. It’s what I’ve been waiting for, so I can travel anywhere on Earth and stay connected with the same device and the same plan. The simplicity of it, from a user’s side, is the point.
SpaceX said Thursday it acquired a nationwide block of low-band airwaves in the 800 MHz range, up to 14 megahertz, from Grain Management. Grain had bought that slice from T-Mobile. Musk called it the last piece needed for complete phone coverage in America. The FCC still has to sign off. Most phones already use that band, so the customer doesn’t buy a second device.
That’s the difference. Starlink has been real, and it’s been good, and it’s also been a dish, a router, and a monthly bill on top of the phone bill. A Starlink signal that reaches your handset directly is a different product, and the markets already reacted. Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile dropped in after-hours trading. They should have. A carrier that doesn’t need their towers doesn’t need their permission to take their customers.
This is the beginning. Starlink is set up to be the communication system that covers Earth, and then the one that works past it.
Musk said Thursday, “This will sound super crazy, but I see a path to SpaceX being worth orders of magnitude more than the current Earth economy.” That sounds wild until you look at the map. Earth is the small part. The satellites are already up. Starlink is coming to phones on Earth. Stations, links between planets, and the ships that move between them are coming. All of that is an almost open field to expand into. Musk is right to be bullish.
We’re at the start of that expansion, not the middle. The phone deal is the part a person can use soon. The valuation is what follows if the phone works and the rest of space stays open. SpaceX is the company building both.
