When's the right time? ASAP! Ask:🎯 Who is your target? 🚀What is your value add and how long will it last? 💸How much $$ and resources will you put into it? 👯♂️ Will you hire someone to manage this (Sheree thinks this is a must if it's going to last!) @ShereeRuby #LUNACTRLN

AND THAT'S A WRAP! You're incredible @ShereeRuby. Our key takeaways: 1. Community is invaluable - leverage by understanding your why 2. You get out what you put in: $, time & effort 3. At scale, balance personalisation v automation - you don't have time for everything. #LUNACTRLN
