Republicans have the House. Republicans have the Senate. Republicans have the Presidency. Republicans have the Supreme Court. Your grocery costs have gone up. Your premiums have quadrupled. Your gas tanks are empty. Your safety is at risk in a war. Your wages are down. Republicans own this mess. Vote accordingly.

This is a must-watch to the end. There is so much to unpack here, and this Black man does an exceptional job unpacking it himself while giving Bradenton police a lesson on his rights. On February 8, 2026, he was stopped while riding his bicycle at night in Bradenton, Florida. But the conversation raises an issue far bigger than this one encounter. Walking while Black. Driving while Black. Riding a bike while Black. Our freedom to move through our communities should not depend on whether an officer thinks we belong. When one officer tells him that obeying the law means he won’t have to worry about being pulled over, his response is direct: “I have to stop being Black to stop being pulled over by you.” The answer to concerns about racial profiling cannot simply be “obey the law.” All too often, we know this playbook: Black people treated as suspicious while going about their daily lives. This is not a new concern. It is a documented pattern. Knowing your rights is important. Officers respecting those rights is essential. Toward the end, he explains that he was simply trying to get home with groceries for his mother, who has diabetes, to help care for her. Public safety should protect that ordinary freedom, not make it something Black people have to defend. 🎥: @iamtaylindsey | Florida Cop Cam

In 1937, as part of white culture, 24-year-old Charlie Johns married 9-year-old Eunice Winstead in Tennessee, where there was no minimum marriage age. This was the norm among white people; roughly 86% of child marriages between 2000 and 2010 involved a minor married to an adult

Giants defensive tackle D.J. Reader made some poignant comments after today’s loss to the Saints. That and more from our game analysis in @NYDNSports nydailynews.com/2026/10/18/j…

Two of the deciding factors in why I think the Giants will and should go to JJ McCarthy: 1. What JJ means for the run game: EMOLOS are crashing down/not respecting Jameis to keep it. 2. What JJ means for how defenses can play passing downs: DCs do not believe Jameis can escape & run for a 1st down. He can't. JJ can and will.

Isaiah Likely's arm was being completely held down on that end zone shot. No DPI called.

The Saints' defense went from being mediocre to the most elite unit in the league in one game. Only the Giants can do that for a team. I hate it here. 😭 #bigblue

We got blown out by a 1-4 team at home lmao it was all a façade we suck and we’re nowhere near even a wild card team @Giants @ESPNNFL @NFL
Obligatory Jameis Winston turnover. This game is over.

This is ridiculous., three penalties in a row by the Giants, two false starts. You're at home and you know the snap count. How does this happen?

I never once remember a protest against Joe Biden like this. This is Boston. No Kings Protest. Oh that’s right Joe Biden didn’t think he was a king. He just wanted to make America better for everyone.
