“Four parents of Dakota Ridge High School athletes are demanding answers from Jeffco Public Schools in Colorado after they said a transgender player was allowed to participate on the girls’ junior varsity volleyball team while eight girls were cut from the roster.” Thanks, @FoxNews ! foxnews.com/media/colorado-s…
The @JeffcoSchoolsCo athlete who lost her position to a male student shared her heartbreaking story (through her mom). Please share and give her a voice. @Riley_Gaines_ @JenniferSey @xx_xyathletics @FoxNews @CivilRights @usedgov @ADFLegal @KristenWaggoner @Tyler2ONeil @nypost
This isn’t about believing every girl should make a team.
This isn’t about saying my daughter was entitled to a roster spot simply because she worked hard.
Competitive sports involve difficult decisions. Coaches have to make cuts. Athletes don’t always get the outcome they want.
But if girls’ sports are supposed to provide girls with athletic opportunities, parents have every right to ask what happens when a male athlete is given one of those opportunities instead.
We are talking about my daughter.
A real girl who loved her sport.
A girl who trusted her coach.
A girl who worked for an opportunity.
A girl who had dreams of playing college volleyball.
And a girl who was told she had been “beat out” by other athletes—only to discover that one of the athletes who received the opportunity was male.
I open-enrolled my daughter into Dakota Ridge High School specifically because of the volleyball program. She loved volleyball. She had invested years into the sport, had dreams of playing in college, and had built her high-school experience around being part of this team.
During this past summer, she was invited by the high school coaches to a special volleyball camp at Colorado Christian University that cost our family money. She also participated in additional training opportunities with the high school program.
Then things started to become confusing.
My daughter is a setter. That is her position. In June, the coach suddenly began encouraging her to try playing right side hitter. He told her she needed to try out as a right side hitter, even though hitting was not her position.
She trusted him.
She worked hard at the new position because she believed she was being given another opportunity to demonstrate what she could do.
At the same time, families began noticing that something was different regarding one particular student.
At first, we didn’t know what to make of it.
The student’s mother previously had spoken publicly to the media in Missouri and even NPR, and those stories confirmed what families had been wondering: the athlete participating with the girls was male.
My daughter went into tryouts believing she had a legitimate opportunity to make the team.
Instead, on the night of tryouts after being forced to try out for a position she does not know, she was left until nearly the very end then brought into a room with a panel of four coaches and told they did not have a spot for her.
Imagine being a teenage girl who has spent years working toward something, who changed schools for that opportunity, who was invited to additional training and a special camp, who was suddenly encouraged to learn an entirely new position—and then sitting in front of four coaches and being told there was no place for you.
She was devastated and that’s just scratching the surface.
The coach stated in writing,
“She competed for a spot, other athletes ultimately demonstrated more consistency in the areas needed, and she was beat out.”
Beat out-by a MALE.
My daughter was not simply losing a spot on a volleyball roster, she was losing something she had built her life around and part of her identity.
She has recently had to process the fact that the opportunity she had worked so hard for was given to a male. I’m just sick over it and something has to be done. Jeffco has told the community that no females have lost opportunities in sports!
Try to imagine explaining that to your daughter.
Girls should not have to wonder whether the athletic opportunities created for them will actually remain available to them. There’s so much more to say about fairness, safety, locker room issues and so on. But for now, thank you for reading this part of our story.

All Trump had to do was not go to war with Iran for Israel. He would have kept the House and Senate.
Given this, it's important to know the truth about why he did so, and that brings us back to Epstein.

The U.S. housing market is experiencing one of the worst homebuyer demand recessions in history.
Mortgage purchase applications have collapsed 60% from their pandemic peak.
Demand is now back near 1995 levels, and even lower than at any point during the 2008-2012 housing crash.
Think about that. There are fewer mortgage purchase applications today than during the worst years of the foreclosure crisis.
Homebuyers have effectively gone on strike.
And that's a big problem for sellers.
Because roughly 70% of home purchases are financed with a mortgage. And that's likely to put even more downward pressure on home prices.
The silver lining?
It's a great time to make low ball offers, and pick up houses at big discounts in late 2026.

Very few understood the stakes better than Steve Bannon. The Iran War was not worth what our country is about to endure.
When Democrats start to dismantle the admin and people start to go to prison, I am going to remind EVERYONE who the foreign agents were who sold you out.
‘If we lose the House, it's going to turn the White House to Fort Apache,’ Bannon said. ‘I think you'll see Bobby Kennedy impeached. I think you'll see Pete Hegseth impeached. I think you'll see subpoenas flying every day.’
‘They will look to destroy President Trump, and we'll be bogged down for two years,’ he added.
“Bannon’s comments reflect the high stakes he assigns to the midterms: A Democratic takeover could bring congressional oversight, subpoenas, and impeachment proceedings.”

Replying to @BankofAmerica
@BankofAmerica was fined $1.2 billion today for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions.
The @USTreasury says some of that money was linked to Chinese laundering networks, fraud, and activity at the southwest border. Separately, 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, narcotics, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act.
Here is the line in the story nobody will quote: not one individual was charged.
I have watched this exact movie before. In 2012 I was inside @HSBC when it paid $1.9 billion for moving money for cartels and sanctioned regimes. The fine was roughly five weeks of profit. No banker went to prison. The industry took the lesson it was offered, which was that the penalty for letting dirty money through is a line item.
Fourteen years and tens of billions in fines later, the Treasury Secretary says this sends "a clear message that even the biggest financial institutions are not above the law."
The institution is not above the law. The people inside it are. That is the whole problem.
A bank cannot go to prison. A bank cannot lose its freedom, its reputation, or its kids' respect. The only thing a fine does to a bank is reduce next quarter's number, and @BankofAmerica reports earnings tomorrow. Watch how little the stock cares.
Every one of those unreported transactions passed through a person. Somebody set the thresholds. Somebody saw the alert volume and chose not to staff for it. Somebody read the 2024 cease and desist and decided the fix could wait. Until those people face something personal, the next $1.2 billion is already priced in.
To the compliance officers at @BankofAmerica who flagged what they saw and were told to find a way: I know exactly where you are sitting. You are not the ones who should be nervous tonight.
We do not need another record fine. We need a banker in handcuffs.

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov.
The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison.
I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return.
I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something.
Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act.
Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged.
Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working.
A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats.
This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried.
There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go.
Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him.
I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them.
This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one.
Three things would change the math overnight.
Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined.
End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them.
Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine.
I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it.
Respectfully,
Everett A. Stern

🚨 GOLDMAN SACHS DROPS DOOMSDAY STATEMENT: U.S. BONDS HAVE NO BUYERS
Goldman Sachs just admitted the long end of U.S. Treasury market is “totally bidless.”
Translation: almost nobody wants the 10- to 30-year debt the U.S. is trying to sell.
No buyers. None. Zero.
While Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent tells Congress we’re in an “illiquid period,” doubles then triples long-bond buybacks, taps the General Treasury Account to fund it and openly says “I am the house.”
Yields are surging anyway. The 10-year has pushed toward 5.3% and the 30-year is even higher, levels not seen in years while Japan, one of the biggest foreign holders, keeps selling Treasuries and bringing money home.
This was exactly warned by Japan’s @yutokanzakireal that the measures being prepared by Bank of Japan will affect the lives of billions of people and apologized to people of the West.
Soon after, Scott Bessent intervened and effectively took over BoJ operations which Japanese policymakers heavily criticized.
If the same ”bidless” condition hits the short-dated treasuries market, the entire U.S. debt market (and global) collapses.
The U.S. debt crisis will turn into a global liquidity crisis.
