MD SNEPCo, Ronald Adams while delivering a keynote address at the Africa Energy Conference of the Lagos Business School, has said Nigeria must sustain the momentum of reform, accelerate investment, and deepen partnership to secure a bright energy for her teeming population." 🎤“Resources alone do not guarantee prosperity. Prosperity comes when resources are matched with investment, technology, sound policy and disciplined execution. Success will be determined not by the size of our resources, but by our ability to convert them into investment and economic growth.” go.shell.com/47cc1ur #AfricaEnergyConference2026 #PoweringProgressInNigeria

🎤“This year’s conference theme, Learn. Adapt. Improve, connects strongly with the purpose of the Charter,” SNEPCo Managing Director Ronald Adams said before the signing. “To learn, we must be honest about what has worked, what has been difficult, and what our people and operations are telling us. To adapt, we must be willing to adjust our approach where the realities of work require us to do better. To improve, we must make sure that the commitments in the Charter are not only discussed during conferences, but embedded into how we lead, how we engage, how we review performance, and how we support safe execution every day.” The conference featured among other things, discussions and cascade of learnings, an exhibition and awards and recognitions for outstanding safety performances. The highlight of the event was the signing of the Leadership Charter which was jointly created in 2025 through collaboration between SNEPCo and her contractor partners. go.shell.com/4bYXLI6 #SaferFrontline #SustainedResults #StrongerPerformance #PoweringProgressInNigeria

🎤“Vision First is more than an outreach programme—it is a promise. A promise that quality healthcare should not be limited by geography, income, or circumstance,” SNEPCo Managing Director Ronald Adams said in an address read by General Manager Corporate Relations, Abubakar Ahmed at the opening ceremony yesterday. 🎤“As we celebrate the impact of this outreach, let us remember that behind every consultation, every treatment, and every pair of glasses provided is a human story. It is a mother who can care for her family with confidence, a father who can continue to provide, a student who can see clearly in the classroom, and a child whose future has become a little brighter.” Chief Upstream Investment Officer, NNPC Upstream Investment Management Services (NUIMS), Olanarenwaju Igandan said in remarks delivered by Advisor, Community Relations Mr. Usman Mohammed Bello: 🎤“I urge parents, elders, workers, traders, teachers and all residents to participate actively and encourage others to do the same. Early detection and treatment of health conditions can significantly improve quality of life and prevent avoidable complications.” Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Health, District 5, Dr Asiyanbi Oladapo and Chairman Badagry Local Government Council Babatunde Hunpe commended NNPC and SNEPCo for their longstanding support for the programme. Executive Director Kolmarg Eyesight Foundation, implementing partner of Vision First, Prof. Olukorede Adenuga advised the people to take advantage of the outreach as “a simple intervention can make a profound difference.” go.shell.com/4hBdCjT #ShellCares #ImpactingLives #VisionFirst2026 #VisionFirstBadagry #CommunityHealthMatters #PoweringProgressInNigeria
