Vandaag start de zitting in het hoger beroep van Shell in de Milieudefensie-zaak. Shell is het met Milieudefensie eens dat de wereld dringend klimaatactie nodig heeft. Shell steunt de ambitieuzere doelstelling van het Akkoord van Parijs. Daar gaat deze rechtszaak niet over. Waar Shell en Milieudefensie een andere visie op hebben, is hoe dat doel bereikt moet worden.
