Do you think it's illegal for an employer to deny me the option to wear a helmet even if it makes me feel safer? I mean in a retail context with a dress code, I just feel like there are zero downsides to wearing a helmet in most situations and protecting my head could end up being super important in the event of a slip or a catastrophe.
