Took down the last of the tomatoes before the storm hit today. About a third of my total harvest. It was a pretty epic season. 🍅🍅

Whenever I fillet salmon, I always save the backs to freeze along with the fillets. Bake or roast in the oven, carefully pick the meat off the bones and there’s always enough for a meal. Great way to use as much of this precious resource as you can.
On the menu tonight…Sockeye salmon, fresh from the garden zucchini and tzatziki. That’ll feed me for a few days 😊
