The most heart warming act of compassion I witnessed today - this little lady was chatting away to the builder walking out of the main entrance at PHU, she became a little unsteady, so he offered an arm with the cutest conversation between them #compassion @PHU_NHS

Great RPIW report out sessions both Discharge summary process & Outpatient. Loved hearing how digital can be used to support these process’ to reduce waste, and utilise current embedded IT systems differently! feeling excited and inspired #binthebleep @PHUDIGITAL @PHU_Improvement
SPOILER - today we present a new discharge summary and process for @PHU_NHS @PHU_Improvement It goes from 35 fields to 10, takes <50% of time, meets national criteria, is full of value, will speed up discharge and is sitting in ICE ready to go live. NO EXCUSES - IMPLEMENT NOW
