One read of this article at it's glaringly obvious the legal/justice system needs an overhaul. Kennedy and his associates were found hiding in the woods by officers from Rathfarnham after they ditched the vehicle involved in the chase. Again, they were arrested and released without charge, on June 3." "Pustkowski, who was primarily based in Limerick, was well known to gardaí across the country, and a garda alert had been in place for him. As part of his bail conditions, he was not supposed to leave Limerick at any time.
