Young fans showed up wearing XX-XY shirts and holding signs thanking Sophie Cunningham for standing up for women’s sports.
One fan yelled “Security: Take the trash out.”
Then co-owner Cel co-owner Celeste Keaton allegedly got in their faces and called them “f*king insane.”
The team had to apologize, and Cunningham got booed the entire night.

Democrats are finally having their long-overdue nervous breakdown and it’s honestly hilarious to watch.
Carville, the same guy who spent decades running cover for whatever the party needed to win, is now publicly announcing he wants no part of this version of the Democratic Party and is openly calling for a schism.
Van Jones is out here warning that the activist army is growing every day and that if the moderates don’t get off their asses, “people like this and worse” are going to take over.
Bill Maher is suddenly floating the idea that maybe he won’t automatically vote Democrat if they keep going full socialist and anti-prison.
And a bunch of terrified incumbents just formed a “Promise to America” coalition like that’s going to magically stop the bleeding.
This is what happens when you spend years feeding, protecting, and lying about the radicals in your own coalition because they were useful for turnout and fundraising.
You don’t get to act shocked when they eventually decide they don’t need you anymore. These people didn’t stumble into power by accident. The moderates handed them the keys, defended them in public, and attacked anyone who pointed out what was actually happening.
Now that the same radicals are beating their candidates and rewriting the party platform in real time, the old guard is suddenly very concerned about “democratic socialism” and “prison abolition.”
Newsom didn’t even pretend anymore. He just came out and demanded a national wealth tax because the system is “fundamentally broken,” like that’s a normal thing for a serious person to say. No plan. No details. Just open confiscation rhetoric dressed up as moral clarity.
The funniest part is how late and pathetic all of this sounds. They didn’t grow a spine. They just realized the monster they helped raise is no longer interested in sharing power with the people who used to keep it on a leash.

The irony is too rich to ignore. A piece lamenting that players made “a night meant for inclusion about something else entirely” …by simply writing Bible verses on their hats. Silently. On their own caps.
Let’s think about what “inclusion” apparently means here: everyone is welcome, celebrated, and affirmed…unless you’re a religious person expressing your faith quietly, in which case you’re a problem to be ridiculed by a major sports outlet.
The players weren’t protesting. They weren’t disrupting anything. They weren’t demanding anyone agree with them. They wrote scripture on their hats. That’s it. And yet the media framing treats this as an act of aggression against inclusion…while simultaneously being deeply exclusionary toward them.
This is the core contradiction the mainstream sports media can never seem to resolve: inclusion only seems to flow in one direction. Pride Night deserves full-throated coverage and moral endorsement. A Bible verse deserves a condescending op-ed.
If a reporter wrote a piece mocking players for putting an LGBTQ+ symbol on their cap, their career would be over by morning. The double standard isn’t subtle …it’s architectural.
True inclusion, by definition, has to include people of sincere religious faith. The moment a media outlet decides that one group’s expression is a celebration and another’s is an embarrassment, they’ve stopped covering a story and started enforcing a cultural orthodoxy.
That’s not journalism…it’s a dress code.

On June 8th, I personally granted you access to the facility as an act of good faith— despite you having exactly ZERO federal oversight authority. Of course, you’re still trying to turn Delaney Hall into a political football for the radical left.
You were told BEFORE you went in you would not have the ability to speak to detainees. This is a federal facility, Governor. You are NOT federally elected.
I suggest you and your health inspectors spend more time at your New Jersey state detention facilities. Delaney Hall has 2x more medical personnel per detainee than NJ state prison, and at least 2x as much square footage. Detainees are also 2x more likely to die in NJ state custody. ⬇️
After being denied access for weeks, I was finally allowed into Delaney Hall – but what I received was a closely controlled and limited tour of the facility. That is unacceptable.
I was not allowed to meet or speak directly with the detainees, which continues to raise serious questions about the real conditions of the facility and the treatment of those held there. I will continue to push to speak with the detainees directly. They deserve to be heard and the public deserves answers.
