Good morning Prime Minister @andyburnham , Been thinking about another idea for ya. It’s about our kids. I honestly think we can do better for them. The classroom ain’t changed for over 100 years, but kids have. The world has changed. Jobs have changed. Technology has changed. But we are still teaching nearly every child exactly the same way and expecting exactly the same results. Imagine a classroom where the lesson is climbing trees. And you’ve got 29 monkeys and 1 shark in the classroom. The monkeys are gonna fly up the tree and everyone claps them. But shark is gonna be sitting there thinkin he is thick and thinking he’s failed, and that he’ll never be good enough. But the shark ain’t stupid. He is just in the wrong place. But if ya put that shark in the sea…….. not one monkey will be able to keep up with him. That’s what I think we’re doing to thousands of kids every single day. And I now that because I was 1 of them. I was lucky enough to get a scholarship to one of the best schools in my area, and I was very very grateful for it. But I got expelled because I never fitted the system. I’m dyslexic. From 12 years old I worked setting up market stalls before school and from 16 I was working on them full time. That was probably the best education I got. It taught me how to work hard and how to talk to people. How to buy and sell. How to get back up when things go wrong. How to graft. How to build something from nothing. I never got taut that from a textbook. I’m not saying we stop teaching English, Maths and Science. We need them. But why ain’t we teaching kids how to open a bank account? Or how mortgages work? How to save money? How to speak with confidence? How to cook a meal? How to build something? How to change a tyre? How to deal with failure? How to spot an opportunity? How to get on with life on the daily. My idea is to get local business owners, tradesmen, nurses, engineers, farmers and entrepreneurs go into schools. Let kids get their hands dirty. Let them find what they’re actually good at. Instead of thinking they ain’t no good because they fail an English exam. Not every kid is meant to sit behind a desk. Some are meant to build houses. Some are meant to invent things. Some are meant to run businesses that employ hundreds of people. Some are meant to fix cars. Some are meant to become the next generation of market traders. Every single one of them matter. I honestly believe we’ve got kids leaving school today feeling like failures when really they ain’t been given the chance to shine. Imagine what this country could become if instead of trying to make every child the same… we found what made every child special. We’ll have happier kids. Better workers. More businesses. More jobs. A better economy and Less people feeling lost. What do we think? Let’s change the educational system to support our kids, because they’re our future. Bosh❤️

To our Prime Minister @andyburnham I have an idea i want to share with you! The “Earn Your Council Tax Back” Scheme! It ain’t a benefit. It’s a chance for people to earn a few more quid each year while making their home towns better and nicer. Here is how I think it will work. Every single council has jobs that never seem to get done. I walked round Romford and noticed the bits that was lovely when I was a boy have become really run down. Things people can do:- Picking litter. Painting railings. Cleaning graffiti. Planting flowers. Looking after parks. Repairing potholes. Helping elderly neighbours with shopping. Volunteering at community events. Organise walks. Etc. Anyone over 18 can sign up through the app. Let’s call it The Bosh Back ya Council Tax Scheme App 🤣 People on the app can takes pictures or say what needs doing and you can tell the app once you’ve done what needs doing. Then once you complete a job for ya community in ya area, you earn credits. Then those credits come off ya Council Tax bill every month. Because I honestly hate paying council tax, like everyone else does! Imagine a family getting back an extra £1200 a year just by spending a couple of hours here and there improving where they live. The benefits are proper aswell: Reddies back in people pockets. The roads n streets will be cleaner People will start taking pride in there area agen. Lower council costs because residents are doing the simple jobs. It’s good for peoples mental health as they can get out and do things and meet people from the community. Young people gain will get work experience and learn skills. What do you think? And I would like to help do it please. It will be very good for local areas. I’m sure people wud love doing it and we can be proud of where we live. Bosh❤️
