It makes me so mad that companies like Gamefam are taking advantage of Roblox devs. Y'all have largely never had a real job and you don't know what's normal. Gamefam is extraordinarily bad. It's not normal and you can easily do better.

Every time Roblox releases a developer survey, without fail, I have something new to complain about. The survey is paginated, which is subversive and frustrating, and then they ask questions like this that are directly impaired by the paginated format. Why???

Fact: Gamefam intentionally underpays it’s employees by a revolting amount. If you work at Gamefam you should know: This is not normal or expected and you would likely be making double at another studio. Don’t undersell yourself.
