URGENT: Federal immigration agents stopped a bus of farm workers from Lynn-Ette & Sons Farms on Fri am. They had a list of names, including UFW worker leaders who have been organizing to unionize their workplace. Those workers were detained. 1/ #WeFeedYou

Macklin Celebrini scored Sharks first (Oct. 10 vs STL) & last (Apr. 14 at VAN) goals this season, joining Patrick Marleau (2009-10) as the only SJS players to accomplish the feat.
Celebrini 11th, and youngest, NHL rookie ever to score his team's first and last goals in a season
Logan Couture was it his best in the 2016 and 2019 postseasons. I’ll always remember “That’s one!” In Game 7 vs Vegas in 2019. m.youtube.com/watch?v=hU4iuc…

Once a union-buster, always a union buster.
Our statement regarding the Administration’s executive order stripping 700,000 Federal Workers of their union rights:
Macklin Celebrini scored goals this season in games involving the first overall picks from the 2003, 2004, and 2005 drafts (Fleury, Ovechkin, Crosby). All 3 were on the ice when he scored against their respective teams. @NHLPR
Skating in his 906th consecutive game tonight, Brent Burns joins Patrick Marleau as the only players in NHL history to not miss a game in the entirety of their 30's (Burns turns 40 on Saturday). @PR_NHL @Canes @SanJoseSharks #NHLStats

The best part of labor actions are when union members take to the streets. Management's doings aren't hidden from view anymore once members begin saying the quiet parts out loud for everyone to hear. Nice work, @seiu1021. What say you, @AlamedaSuperior ?

Alameda County Superior Court management didn’t want to listen to @seiu1021 at the bargaining table. Can you hear them now? Excellent work by this group. #UnionStrong

To be clear, in addition to bad faith bargaining by the Court, because of chronic understaffing, workers are being asked to fill positions above their pay grade and are not being paid for working outside of their classification. @seiu1021 @NateGartrell #UnionStrong

With great sadness we share that our Business Agent, Francis Xavier "FX" Crowley passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 11. FX devoted his life to ensuring workers received fair wages and were treated with dignity in the workplace. He was the ultimate teammate. May he rest in peace. @IATSE

Excellent news. Now on the same team as the players we cover.
We’re excited to welcome the @NHLPA and @thephpa to the AFL-CIO!
ALL workers deserve the power that comes with a union membership. Whether on the rink, in the classroom or on the factory floor, at 63 unions strong, America’s unions are ready to fight for our fair share ⬇️

We also encourage this tonight in Nashville, and tomorrow in Tampa and St. Louis, and on into the future.

Sharks fans, I have a request: tomorrow, with the Montreal Canadiens visiting SAP Center, the Canadian national anthem will be performed prior to the game. As a show of support & appreciation for our Canadian neighbors and friends, please cheer loudly during it, for its entirety.

This is unacceptable, but not surprising. Good to know. @MorePerfectUS
Not only does Fisher & his executive team not want to take the City name…the A’s are expecting Rivercat employees to take on double the work for HALF THE PAY!
A former in-stadium production employee sent this to us.
You can put a new patch on a jersey but you ain’t fooling anyone. You don’t give a shit about ANY city your team plays in! #FJF
Why is John Fisher allowed to own a team???
