Was this done to ensure that voters from a particular community are not removed from the electoral rolls, as alleged? Are the officials implementing the SIR process following the Election Commission’s rules, or are they acting at the behest of the ruling party? The Chief Election Commissioner and the @Election Commission of India must take strict action against those responsible for such serious violations.
