That "retaliation" and subsequent never-ending escalation is itself one of the goals of this global culture war psy-op bullshit that is being pushed on American-owned social media platforms like this one. The end point of the infinite mutual escalation where the women are insufferable, blue-hair-nose-ring caricatures and the men are equally insufferable, reactionary Andrew Tate caricatures is that our society turns into Japan or South Korea with their "4B" and "Lie Flat" movements where the men and the women physically hate each other so much that they've literally stopped having sex with each other and both populations are set to go extinct within a century. We are Africans. That fight is not our own. We are the planet's youngest, second biggest and fastest-growing continental population. We are demographically destined to be the dominant power of the 2nd half of the 21st century and beyond. Civil war between African men and women does not serve that ambition and it doesn't help our place in the world at all. Since as African men we can't control how African women respond to the pseudo-feminism western psy-op being pushed on them, what we can control is our reaction to them. The single greatest thing we can do as men to restore the balance and end this imported civil war is to STOP ENGAGING WITH PSEUDO-FEMINISTS Stop ragebaiting and being ragebaited by them, stop responding to their social media engagement bait, stop arguing with them, stop debating with them, and above all else, STOP DATING, MARRYING AND SLEEPING WITH THEM. You guys are obsessed with them even though you won't admit it. They absolutely live rent free inside your heads, and many of you are possessed with the dream of "changing", "rescuing" or "taming" one. Let. That. Dream. Die. The reason they continue to wield so much destructive power despite not holding any meaningful economic or political power is because YOU ARE THE ONES EMPOWERING THEM. Leave. Them. Alone. There are roughly 800 million women on this continent. Even if these caricatures have infected the majority of that number with their self destructive ideas, you still have the power to determine the final outcome by developing the self discipline to learn how to control who you choose to reward with your time, your attention, your money, your commitment and your penis. If it becomes clear that they are not being rewarded with those things which you are currently deluging them with, nobody will have to tell them to fundamentally reexamine their worldview. This is one of the ultimate levels of manhood - leading your society by weaponising your silent, deliberate actions instead of doing Battle of the Yappers on the internet with women whose primary life skill is yapping. Stop doing online power tussles with women! It's very unmasculine and even women find it unattractive. Weaponise your behaviour and your silence! Not your words! Leave them to face their yapping, and focus on your deliberate actions. You're men, not broiler hens! Stop clucking!
Men will start retaliating very soon and the weaker vessels among us, the Captains Save-A-Hoe, who are conveniently quiet about it now would start typing epistles pretending like the men started it.

A woman has just given birth. Everybody is happy. Then suddenly, she starts bleeding. This is postpartum haemorrhage, and when it happens, no one has time to ask where the drug, tranexamic acid or TXA is. That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts. So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started. It should be there. As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you’re pregnant and preparing for delivery. Ask questions. Know what is available. Prepare before the emergency comes. RT so that expectant mothers and fathers can see this very important message. Source: Data, provided by @womenadvocate and @LSHTM.

I was a bricklayer. It was how I paid the bills when I first moved to America. Even the biggest title in bodybuilding, Mr. Olympia, only paid a thousand dollars back then.  It makes me proud that in March, the winner of our Arnold Classic and our Arnold Classic UK took home more than a million dollars. He can focus on bodybuilding. But in our day, that wasn’t an option. Some guys were teachers. Some sold insurance. Franco and I laid bricks. We put an ad in the paper and sold ourselves as European craftsmen. We figured if people heard the accents, they would picture old-world masonry instead of two bodybuilders with a wheelbarrow.  It worked.  The phone rang. And then we had to go out and actually do the job, which was the part nobody could fake. Luckily, Franco knew what he was doing. The work was simple. Mix the mortar. Set the brick. Tap it level. Scrape the edge. Then do it again. And again. Nobody claps for you. There is no crowd, no music, no trophy. There is just the next brick sitting there waiting for you. You can still find some of the walls we built in Venice. That’s where my lesson today comes from. One brick doesn’t look like anything. Ten bricks don’t look like anything. A hundred bricks, you’re starting to see something, but it doesn’t impress anyone. You just keep laying bricks until the job is done. And you know what happens after four or five hours on a wall? You are so damn tired, or you feel so great that you stop measuring. You are not standing back every ten minutes asking how far from finished it is. You are covered in mortar, your hands are raw, you’re schvitzing, and you are happy. The work took the question away from you. That is the part nobody tells you about hard work: It doesn’t just build the wall. It terminates the voice that keeps asking when the wall will be done.

Take The Red Pill and Avoid These Five Simp Behaviours Don't laugh at a joke that is not funny or that you don't understand simply because everyone else is laughing. It demonstrates that you are low on the pecking order. A prey animal controlled by groupthink, and trying to please the predator. Don't talk because the room is quiet. If you have something to say, say it. If not, remain silent and confident. Silence is only awkward to those lacking self-esteem. Don't get into a staring contest. But if anyone makes eye contact with you, don't immediately look down or away. Hold it for at least three seconds, then naturally continue doing what you were doing before the contact. Never take offence at rude people or allow their insults to get under your skin. Understand that, psychologically, it is usually people who are intimidated by you who will insult you to break your composure and bring you down to their level. Reflect the bait and leave that devil at his level. Finally, never be too eager or overenthusiastic to bond with people. On no account should you throw yourself at them. Let it happen naturally. Allow for enough distance, but not too much that you look aloof. If you hold a book too close to your eyes, you won't be able to read it. If you place it too far away, you can't see the words. But if you put it just at arm's length, the words become readable. That's how you want to treat people, so there is mutual respect. Don't reinforce simp behaviour in yourself, because before you know it, it can become a habit that eventually becomes part of your personality. #RenosNuggets

Don’t Give Up on Your Scholarship Journey. One “Yes” Can Change Everything. ❤️ Let me take you back to 2019. 👇 I had just completed my NYSC in March and returned home. My daily routine was simple: teaching Mathematics and Physics at my family’s secondary school, and on some weekends, heading to the farm to help process our palm fruits. 🌴 I was partly happy because I genuinely loved teaching. But deep down, I was heartbroken. Every scholarship application I submitted during my NYSC came back with a rejection. One after another. 💔🙅🏽‍♂️ I remember asking myself: “Is this how my First Class degree will end? Is teaching all I’ll ever do?” I felt lost. I had no clear direction, and it seemed like every door I knocked on remained closed. But I refused to give up. Towards the end of 2019, a family friend who’s a priest visited us and said his son told him education was free in Finland 🇫🇮. That night, I googled all schools in Finland, checked each school one after the other and that’s how I learned about Photonics. I met the requirements for the scholarship at UEF. I searched across European schools offering it, saw a school in Germany, strengthened my applications, and applied to those two schools. Then, in March 2020, everything changed. Two admission offers arrived almost at the same time: 🇩🇪 Abbe School of Photonics, Germany 🇫🇮 University of Eastern Finland Both offered me the opportunity to study Photonics with some funding. That single moment completely changed the trajectory of my life. Today, when people see the countries I’ve lived in, my career, or the opportunities I’ve had, they rarely see the rejections that came before them. If you’re currently facing rejection after rejection, please don’t conclude that your story has ended. Keep learning. Keep improving. Keep applying. Keep believing. Sometimes, all it takes is one “Yes” to rewrite your entire future. ❤️🙏 (Help reshare to reach wider audience 🤲)

It’s more of an embarrassment to the Lagos State Government. Based on what the HiTech boss said, One thing is certain, that coastal road axis will not see the end of flooding anytime soon. Residents in that axis have sacrificed their previously dry non-flooded environment for a new shiny highway. Win-Win
We are getting embarrassed right now as a people on @tvcnewsng. over a million metric tons of refuse has been removed by HiTech and @followlasg. You know what? people persisted by dumping more refuse. The MD of HiTech is hitting us below the belt. He said we are an undisciplined bunch.

Pronto tendremos otra sorpresa. Primero Dios.
