池袋ポケモンセンター刺殺事件の続報がきつい
殺された20代の女性店員は
ストーカー被害を警察に相談していた
警察の対応はこう
①ストーカー規制法に基づき禁止命令を発令
②それでも止まらず同法違反容疑で逮捕
③被害者本人から定期的に状況を聞き取り
制度上できることを全部やってる
やれることはもう残ってなかった
それでも男は両手に刃物を持って営業中の店に入り
真っすぐカウンターへ向かい
端から回り込んで内側に入り
首を複数回刺して殺した
犯人はその場で自分の首を刺して死亡
動機を聞くことすらできない
相談した 対応された 逮捕もされた
それでも殺された
これが今のストーカー対策の限界

動機の解明は絶望的
知らない人も多いと思うけど
この施設では去年7月にも31階のアディーレ法律事務所で36歳の男性従業員が同僚にサバイバルナイフで刺殺されてるんよ
しかもその事件では1ヶ月前に犯人の家族が「ナイフを買って殺す準備をしている」と警察に相談してたのに防げなかった
同じ建物 同じ巣鴨署の管轄
9ヶ月で2件の殺人
年間来場者3000万人超の施設で
前回の教訓はどこへ？
働いてる人が殺されてからじゃ遅いんよ

東京都豊島区のSIMカードを取り扱うH&C株式会社の社長、ドー・バン・クオン(39)らベトナム国籍の男２人を私電磁的記録不正作出・同供用と窃盗の容疑で逮捕
架空の名前と事前準備したSIMカードでアカウントを作成し、ポケカ30箱(約16万円)を購入
少なくとも500件の購入履歴があり、購入したBOXの転売で約424万円以上を得ていたとみられている
⚠️社長の男はSIMカード370枚を不正に購入した詐欺の疑いで昨年10月に逮捕され起訴されていた
不正購入されたSIMカードはSNSなどを通じて売られ、少なくとも約70件の特殊詐欺(被害額計約5,000万円)に悪用されたという
