Preorders can occur on any day at the times listed, as early as tonight. Same with Phantasmal Flames at Target that we posted last week, they typically go live right on the hour!
General Tips / Reminders: Be logged into your Target account with payment information saved. Refresh on the hour or click the link when we post confirming it's live.
If you add to cart and see a "Busy" pop-up at checkout, ignore + keep clicking the "Place Order" button. Spam the button: it often takes several attempts for it to go through, as checkout gets throttled due to high traffic.
We generally don't recommend Apple Pay for Target drops and restocks. Most often, saved Credit Card / Debit works best.
For Pokemon TCG products at Target, the usual limit is 2 per order. Mega Charizard X UPC Official Release Date is 11/14 and retail price is $119.99.
