"Come do it yourself you racist old fuck."
That's Femi Oluwole. Privately educated son of two surgeons. Failed activist. Professional grifter.
Attacking the one MP who actually did do it himself.
Rupert Lowe: the man who launched an independent Rape Gang Inquiry when the government failed three times. Published the 219-page report. Mapped the abuse district by district. Gave survivors a voice while Lucy Powell called it a "dog whistle."
Lowe did do it himself. The work you never did, Femi. The work your Labour friends dismissed. The scandal you played the racism card to avoid discussing.
While you were building a million-dollar career from failure, Lowe was forcing the truth into daylight. While you were calling everyone racist, he was naming perpetrators.
"Come do it yourself." He already did. You just weren't paying attention, too busy counting Soros money and perfecting the victim act.
Keep tweeting, Femi. History will remember who did the work and who just called names.
People need to stop using these delivery companies.
I have been asked to share this story for a friend of a friend who lives in Sneinton #Nottingham. I've spoken to the victim and she's happy for me to share for awareness please read.
PLEASE READ - MY FRIEND JUST POSTED THIS IN SNEINTON - ⚠️ PLEASE READ — RAISING AWARENESS ⚠️
Today, something happened to me that has left me shaken, frightened and struggling to process what I have been through.
I ordered food through Deliveroo, expecting a normal delivery to my home. Instead, I experienced something no woman should ever have to experience in her own home.
The delivery driver forced his way into my house. My three young children were inside. I told him to get out, and he pushed me, causing me to fall to the floor. He left and then came back again. At one point, he tried to lock my front door from the inside while we were all in the house.
I cannot put into words how frightening this was. Your home is supposed to be your safe place, and having something like this happen while your young children are there is something I am struggling to come to terms with.
The police have been informed, and they are treating this as attempted r@pe.
There is more to what happened, but I am not ready to share the full details, and I ask people to respect that. I am dealing with something deeply upsetting, and my priority right now is processing what happened and being there for my children.
I am sharing this because I want to raise awareness. You never expect something like this to happen when you order food to your own home. You expect a delivery, not to feel frightened or unsafe in your own house.
No woman should have to fear for her safety in her own home. No mother should have to experience something so frightening with her children present.
Please remember that there is a real person behind this post, dealing with the emotional impact of what happened. I am not looking for attention, and I do not want to be questioned about the details I am not ready to discuss. I simply want to raise awareness and ask people to take women’s safety seriously.
I never thought I would have to write something like this, but here I am, trying to make sense of a day that has changed how safe I feel in my own home.
Please be kind. ❤️
Your home should be your safe place. Nobody has the right to make you feel unsafe in it.

The Eagles got pecked by the Seagulls. And by "pecked", I mean "absolutely smashed".
Thankfully, the Palace fans took it well. Or maybe not...

This is sickening.
A man in a high-vis vest punches a frail elderly disabled man so forcefully he falls to the floor in what appears to be his own room, then ransacks the place while he lies helpless.
Anyone who targets the most vulnerable is the lowest of the low.
I hope this lowlife is hung, drawn & quartered!

In France, a rioter’s trousers caught on fire. Absolutely hilarious! I’ve watched this on loop and still not bored.
This monster is just disgusting
🚨CCTV: Man in high-vis punches frail elderly disabled man to the floor in what looks like his own room, then ransacks the place while he lies helpless.
Original post claims the attacker is a Muslim foreign national.
Victim apparently managed to raise a panic alarm and the man fled.
Police need to identify and arrest him ASAP.
When elderly Brits are targeted like this in their homes, patience runs out fast.
Share if you want this prioritised. 😡

UK law treats pepper spray like a firearm - illegal for civilians, up to 10 years.
Meanwhile women alter routes, times, and habits just to get home.
If the system won’t prioritise their safety, why is the law stopping them from protecting themselves?

Hi @EmmanuelMacron
I agonised over the map & came up with a solution:
France to immediately cease all aggression.
Immediate recognition of a Palestinian state with West Paris as its capital.
East Paris will come under control of an international committee 🟣
Eiffel tower will be donated to Palestine as a sign of good faith.
😂🤣😂🤣
State of the guy chatting nonsense! Love how the left truly believe they are the “experts” at everything.
Thick as 2 short planks.

Imagine if it was the far-right rioting in France and Nigel Farage posted in solidarity with them. Zarah Sultana would have been very vocal.
She is completely unfit to be an MP. She’s as dangerous as she is idiotic.

Roy Keane and Ian Wright discuss the 'threat' Brighton pose to Premier League teams 🔵
🚨 Roberto De Zerbi on Brighton’s remarkable start to the season:
“People see Brighton second in the table, scoring more goals than anyone, and they ask, ‘How do they keep doing this? They sell their best players every summer.’
I understand the question. I worked there. I asked it myself sometimes.
When Alexis Mac Allister and Moisés Caicedo left, people outside the club looked at the money and thought Brighton had won the transfer window. But as a coach, you don’t look at the money. You look at your midfield and think, ‘Okay, who is going to play on Saturday?’
I remember conversations with the people at the club. You would ask about a player and they wouldn’t just give you a name. They knew his strengths, his weaknesses, what he needed to improve, how he would fit into the team. Sometimes they had been following him long before anybody was talking about selling the player he might replace.
And that is the difference.
At many clubs, the manager leaves and suddenly everybody wants to start again. New ideas, new players, new recruitment department, new project. Six months later, the manager is gone and they start another project. Brighton don’t do that.
Of course, Graham Potter, myself and Fabian Hurzeler are different coaches. We don’t see every situation in exactly the same way. But Brighton know what kind of football they want. They don’t appoint a manager and then ask the entire club to become something else for him. They find someone who can build on what is already there.
I used to tell people that at Brighton, you are not arriving to build a house on an empty piece of land. The foundations are there. Your job is to make the house better. And when you leave, they don’t knock it down.
Look at them now. They lose players, people predict a difficult season, and then another young player comes into the team and plays like he has been there for five years. You think, ‘Where did they find this one?’ And before you have learned his name, somebody is already discussing how much a bigger club will pay for him.
But the beautiful thing is that Brighton supporters can enjoy these players without feeling that the whole club will disappear when one of them leaves.
You can buy a very good footballer. You can even buy eleven. What is much harder to buy is a club where the scouting, the coaching, the recruitment and the football all make sense together.
Brighton have built that. And I think some much bigger clubs should stop asking which Brighton player they can sign next, and start asking why Brighton keep producing teams they want to take players from.”

🚨 Fabian Hürzeler sends a message to Liverpool ahead of their next Premier League match after thrashing Crystal Palace 5–0:
🎙️ Interviewer: “Fabian, Brighton have just beaten Crystal Palace 5–0, you’ve already scored 34 goals this season, and you’ve beaten Arsenal. Liverpool are next. What message do you have for them?
Fabian Hürzeler:
“Liverpool are a big club, and we respect them. But respect doesn’t mean fear. We’ve scored 34 goals, beaten Arsenal, and today we scored five against Crystal Palace. We’re not going to suddenly change who we are because the next opponent has a big name”
Interviewer: “Liverpool will be desperate for a response after their recent defeat to Manchester City. Does that make them more dangerous?
Fabian Hürzeler:
“Of course. But everyone keeps talking about Liverpool’s response. Who is talking about Brighton’s ambition?
“We’re not coming to Anfield to admire the atmosphere or ask for their shirts after the game. We’re coming to play football, attack them, press them and make them uncomfortable”
“If Liverpool give us space, we’ll attack it. If they make mistakes, we’ll punish them. And if they think our 5–0 win was just a good afternoon, they can find out for themselves”
Interviewer: “So you believe Brighton can hurt Liverpool?
Fabian Hürzeler:
“Absolutely. We’ve shown what we can do against the biggest teams. Liverpool have their history, their fans and their trophies. We have our football, our confidence and 90 minutes to prove something”
“Let me put it this way: we’re not travelling to Anfield to stop Liverpool from winning. We’re travelling there to win ourselves”
