🚨 BREAKING: Wall Street’s biggest banks are preparing a legal challenge to stop crypto firms from operating what they call “shadow banks.”
Major U.S. financial institutions including JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs are reportedly considering a lawsuit against federal regulators over a proposed rule that could allow crypto companies to operate nationwide under a special federal license.
Banks argue the change would allow crypto firms to offer bank-like services without being held to the same strict regulations traditional banks must follow.

How come these income ETFs still haven’t figured out how to hedge better?
They all say the same thing…
Puts. Collars. Cash buffers.
Yet every real selloff exposes the truth… none of it actually protects NAV.
Why?
Because hedging costs money.
And when funds promise fixed yields… protection becomes secondary to payouts.
So what happens?
• Puts are too far OTM
• Collars cap upside but don’t stop downside
• Cash locks in losses
• Income gets manufactured anyway
I loved BLOX… but even with the puts and shift to cash it still dropped another 20%.
$ULTY did the same thing.
So here’s the real issue 👇
Stop guaranteeing fixed yields.
That’s what’s crushing NAV on the way down.
Instead… create a yield RANGE.
15–34%. Or less
Market up → Pay more
Market down → Pay less
NAV → Better Protected
Use dynamic hedging.
Increase protection when volatility is cheap… not after markets crash.
Income investors don’t need fake consistency…
We need durability.
Again, I’m not an expert in this area, but we’ve witnessed the market repeating this pattern repeatedly, yet we’ve still failed to discover an income ETF that offers higher returns to adapt to these changes.
