[1018] #KimSoohyun for BENCH.

[LEGAL NOTICE] Key Confirmed Facts and Notice of Legal Liability The allegations that Kim Soohyun violated the Child Welfare Act were dismissed with a decision of “No Charges,” and Kim Seui, the original source of the false information, has been indicted and detained on related charges, including defamation through the dissemination of false information. Please clearly understand that reposting, quoting, or sharing these false claims supports the criminal acts of Kim Seui, who has been indicted and detained, and itself constitutes an additional unlawful act that continues or increases the harm suffered by the victim of the crime. Respreading related posts after the investigation results have been made public, as well as distributing broadcast screenshots or altered images, may be treated as intentional and malicious additional criminal acts. Such conduct may lead to harsher criminal punishment and increased civil damages. Insults and indirect attacks using initials or similar methods are also subject to the same legal action. Please delete the related posts immediately. Voluntary deletion may be taken into consideration when determining criminal sentences and calculating damages in future legal proceedings. However, deleting the content does not eliminate criminal or civil liability for unlawful acts that have already taken place. We hope you will not blindly jump on the bandwagon of the false claims and illegal acts of a person who has been indicted and detained, only to face unnecessary legal consequences, including criminal punishment and claims for damages. goldmedalist.com/ko/notice/6…
