The degree to which people in the West fall prey to suicidal empathy continues to astonish me.
Read @GadSaad’s book about it!

Tomorrow, Alberta votes.
The question: stay as a province of Canada, or start the legal process toward a binding referendum on independence.
If Option 2 wins, that second vote could come as early as 2027.
The map of North America could start to change tomorrow.

Let's be clear, Bob Rae was a disaster when he ran Ontario.
After that, he worked with and supported the Trudeau government which was a disaster for Canada.
Now, he's endorsing Olivia Chow.
Choose wisely Toronto.
Don't follow Bob's advice, he has a bad track record.

‼️ MAJOR BREAKING -
Starting Nov 3, the Liberals will let employers hire a foreign worker for a "high-wage" job with NO REQUIREMENT to try a Canadian first.
IT’S A DIRECT RESIDENCY PATH
Not a temporary visa you can send home.
Permanent status, right out of the gate.
Then comes the chain.
Permanent residency means sponsorship: spouse, kids, parents, grandparents to follow.
One approval becomes a household.
No requirement to offer the job to a Canadian first.
And "high-wage" is a trick.
It means the job category averages about $40/hr, roughly $84,000 a year.
BUT THE WORKER THEY ACTUALLY BRING DOESN’T HAVE TO BE PAID THAT.
The paycheque can be low.
Only the job title has to be high.
Weeks after 68,300 Canadians lost their jobs.

Wow!
Quite the power move.
It cannot be understated: our broken immigration system has caused high unemployment, high home prices and high inflation. It must be fixed and provincial rights strengthened.
Today, the Prime Minister got a copy of our referendum questions including the 9 on immigration and constitutional reforms. If Albertans give us a strong mandate on these questions, our government will get right to work on these needed reforms.
And as I’ve said many times, please vote for Option 1, a strong Alberta within a united Canada, and yes to the rest! 🍁

[EDITORIAL @globeandmail re #TumblerRidge investigation]: "This is a problem that goes beyond the police. Too often in Canada, the default assumption among officials is that the public has no right to know. .. Because of the importance of law enforcement and the justice system – which are crucial both to public safety and to the public’s perception of safety – secrecy from them has a particularly corrosive effect. .. The person charged in the US reported that Rootselaar claimed to have stolen firearms from the family gun safe, convinced someone to buy ammunition for them and possessed a device that US police believed would convert a rifle into a machine gun. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿? 𝗔𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰, 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗮𝗽𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮’𝘀 𝗴𝘂𝗻-𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗺𝗲. .. The principle of 'need to know' is common in security and intelligence jobs. This limits information to those who require it. But officials must remember that the public is not party to any such policy. The public has a default right to know – that’s fundamental to a free and open society."

People need to understand the kind of creatures they're dealing with. People like Dix use vaccination as a political weapon. Despicable beyond words.
Replying to @adriandix
Vaccination should not be a partisan issue. More than 98% of people got vaccinated against COVID-19 in my neighbourhood in 2021. It made a difference for them and everyone else. (2/6)

🚨 CARNEY’S POLITICAL CAREER WON’T SURVIVE THIS.
Mass immigration helped sink Trudeau.
Now India’s envoy says Canada could need 15 MILLION more workers over the next decade.
If Carney turns that into an immigration plan, expect an END to his career.

I just uncovered the next piece of Carney's plan, it's really quite shocking that he's getting away with this and there hasn't been a single peep in the media about it. Then again Carney doesn't butter my bread, I don't take handouts from anyone.

Across the country, monuments and statues telling Canada’s story have been torn down, defaced or taken away. Sometimes by cowardly politicians.
I moved a motion calling on the Heritage Committee to study the destruction, vandalism and removal of monuments and statues in Canada.
