You’re actually wrong on this. I looked into it myself and a telegram link was posted in the forums and it showed multiple videos of women being drugged with proof of them being drugged as in lifting their eyelids. There was also people selling “sleeping medicine” in the group.

These are a tiny percentage of overall content and can be reported by users. The 62 million figure represe every person globally who visited the site, including multiple users and millions of women, to search for anything ("oral").
