36 Google Business Profiles are already live with @ServiceReserve_, and that number keeps growing. It’s solution for businesses that don’t use ServiceTitan, or use HCP/Jobber but have more than one Google Business Profile. And for those using GHL, HubSpot, Zoho, Thryv, vcita, or other FSM/CRM that don’t offer this feature.
Once I said that home service businesses still have plenty of work to do before AI implementation. Here is one of those things. This is how I solved a problem for my appliance repair business the hard way, and as a result got a new product you might want to use too. One day I noticed a Book Online button on one of our competitor’s Google Business Profiles. I found out HousecallPro had an integration for it, but it only allowed us to add the button to one Google Business Profile. We have multiple profiles, so I tried reaching out to people from different departments of HCP about this limitation. Nothing changed. So I decided to solve it myself and integrate the Book Online button across all of our Google Business Profiles. That pulled me into a rabbit hole of integrations, APIs, and Google compliance for a long period of time. Eventually, that internal solution became a product. ServiceReserve is basically a thin layer between your Google Business Profile and your CRM. It supports APIs, webhooks, and different integrations, and it fits best for multi-location businesses. We now use it across all of our Google Business Profiles and get around 90 highly converting leads every month from it. You hook it up once and forget about it. It delivers leads into your system on autopilot, and you can build anything on top of it: AI automations, scheduling, follow-up systems, third-party integrations, or anything custom. Claude or Codex can help you build all of that. Unfortunately, they still won’t help you build the same product, because this one requires a fair amount of human interaction behind the scenes. I decided to charge $25/month per Google Business Profile, just enough to make it worth maintaining and supporting the product for others. For us, it brings thousands of dollars in value every month. If you want to try it, welcome to @ServiceReserve_.

Every time you’re in Market Overview at Home Service Base and see “Without Book Online Button” under Winnable Gaps for 90%+ of the profiles in that market, remember: you can close that gap for your business in just a few clicks by using @ServiceReserve_.
