Paling ngeselin itu ada managerial yg lebih fokus ke "why this happened", tp bukan "how to solve this". Apalagi yg udah ngeyel cari "why" terus setelah di kuliti root cause di dia, langsung pivot ke yg lain. TBH, ID surplus ama pemimpin kayak gini.
