How far can you go to support a technology you genuinely believe in? For me, apparently… all the way to the streets of Nigeria. I took something I have spent so much time creating and building around online and brought it into the real world, right here in Nigeria, Africa. I have been part of the @genlayer community for a while now, contributing, creating and building with people from different parts of the world. But this time, I wanted to bring a little piece of that community home. Seeing GenLayer out here in Nigeria is such a surreal feeling. Because Africa is not just watching the future of technology happen somewhere else. We are here. We are building. We are part of it. I tried @FUDMarkets on Solana mainnet today and decided to open a real position on ANSEM. I started by connecting my socials and depositing some funds. The deposit took around 10 minutes before the balance showed up, so that part could definitely be a little faster. After that, I checked out some of the ANSEM prediction creators. I did not overthink it and simply went with the first one I came across, then opened a LONG position. The order took a little while to get picked up, but it was eventually created successfully and my position became active. I did notice that after the position was created and the funds had already been deducted, a “not enough balance” message still appeared. Since the order had already gone through, having the balance status update more clearly would make the flow easier to follow. I also spotted a small notification issue. After selling part of my position, I clicked the notification for the sold order expecting to see the related activity, but the page did not load as expected. What stood out to me: The overall trading flow is simple. I could connect my socials, fund my account, find a creator, open a position and manage it without much friction. I also liked being able to sell part of my position while keeping the rest open. The main improvements I would love to see are faster deposit confirmation, clearer balance updates and smoother notification links. For a first experience on FUD Markets, the core idea and flow were easy to pick up. I would definitely come back to try more positions and explore the platform further. @GenLayer @FUDmarkets

I had a really interesting conversation with Mochi about what happens when an Intelligent Contract works correctly, the validators are honest, but the evidence itself is biased or repeated. We pushed it into the math and looked at validator error, independence, and correlation, which showed me that more validators do not always mean stronger security if they are all exposed to the same information. What surprised me most was how a broad Equivalence Principle can group different interpretations into one accepted outcome and make consensus look stronger than the evidence behind it really is. My biggest takeaway is that security on @GenLayer depends not just on validator count, but also on source independence, evidence quality, and how carefully equivalence is defined.
