This new study expands our understanding of the genetics of the NL population, illustrating a unique genetic landscape that is well suited for the study of health-related genetic variants.
🆕 RCSI study with @SequenceBio confirms European ancestry of people in Newfoundland and Labrador can be traced back to Irish and English settlers 300 years ago.
The analysis has potential in the study of health-related genetic variants.
