Right now, given what we have seen from internal playtesting and expect from a post-Radiance meta, there are decks that are strong but (at least in our current understanding) not strong enough to warrant bans right now.

My hypothesis is that the Riftbound team has 12 designers that are silo'd at 12 independent sites across the country. They are allowed no contact. The Kennen designer held resentment for the others. He was assigned to a facility in North Dakota. So he struck back. Save us.
