Uh oh... the woman in the video has spoken out. Turns out she's in love and has no issues with her husband because she knew he was grieving a death and hadn't eaten a meal all day.
They're a happy couple and all the women calling him a bum can shut up.

There are so many answers to this question but I think first and foremost it’s important to educate people that when it comes to protein or nutrients of any kind, eat food first ALWAYS over having a protein shake. And I say this as someone who is the owner of an incredible supplement company w/ some to the best high quality protein there is. A protein shake is meant to be convenient for its taste or if you’re on the go post-workout , maybe a busy day at work, the yes, absolutely then you should have a shake. But if you’re at home, and you have the time, Eat FOOD FIRST ALWAYS. It’s always better to get your nutrients from real food rather than from a supplement.

Two years ago, I drove from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania to visit the Flight 93 Memorial site in Shanksville. Read the story here.

We pause to reflect on that terrible day and pay tribute to the victims, survivors, and heroes of the 9/11 attacks.

Juliana McCourt, 4, was flying with her mom, Ruth, to visit Disneyland. Ruth's brother, Ron Clifford, was in the WTC, but made it out alive. Juliana's father, David, was open about his struggles and even contemplating suicide after their deaths, but instead had a "spiritual awakening" and did charitable work in their name. An art museum in New London, CT is dedicated to them.
I was 17 and a junior in high school. I was in an accounting class that also doubled as a room for learning typing so each student had a computer. The teacher turned on the television and we watched the news. I remember not being able to pull up CNN's website bc it crashed from all the traffic.
I had early "A" lunch and remember watching one of the towers fall on live tv in a silent cafeteria full of high schoolers.
I'll never forget that day.

Schools Should Teach the 9/11 Heroism of the American People
That day had a lot of heroes whose stories were never fully told. It’s an important part of recent history that many have already forgotten.

I was 29. My partner and I were at an early-morning meeting with a client, sitting in a huge conference room. During the meeting, someone popped their head in and said an airplane had crashed into the World Trade Center. I don’t think anyone in the room imagined it was an airliner. We assumed it was a small Cessna or something. I remember telling the story about the B-25 that crashed into the Empire State Building.
After the meeting, as we were leaving, we stopped by their break room. Everyone had gathered around a small 13-inch TV. At that exact moment, the second plane hit. I looked over at my partner and said, “Oh my God. We’re at war.”
I remember everything about that day. I went to that client site only once, but I can still picture every detail of their conference table, where I was sitting, and that tiny break room with the little CRT television perched on top of the refrigerator.
I remember the drive back to the office, even the detour my partner had to take because of road construction.
We watched TV for the rest of the day. But I think the eeriest thing I remember was leaving the office that evening and looking up at the sky. There were no airplanes. Planes descend over my town on their way into Charlotte, so you constantly see them overhead and hear them throttling back. But that evening, the sky was empty and completely silent.
I still get shivers thinking about it.
