COACHES: This is a clip that should be played in every locker room tonight. I always thought as a coach I could judge my team's readiness to play on faceoff intensity. If we were on our toes and ready to battle at the line of scrimmage, our team was ready to play. If we weren't ready to compete for pucks off faceoffs, we weren't ready to play. Watch Holmberg from TBL off this draw. It's like he's shot out of a cannon to win possession and it leads to a goal. The game is all about puck possession. And there are 50-60 faceoffs on average in an NHL game. That's 50-60 battles for possession for the puck. If your team is ready to go off the puck drop, chances are they're ready to go for the game. Awesome job and an awesome clip to show your teams.

SNL’s “Trump Has a Few Things to Address” starts with something millions of people understand: the shock of seeing how much it costs to fill up a car. Then Trump walks into the scene, and an ordinary family’s problem becomes a political comedy sketch. Here’s how it works.

THIS IS BARON. Baron is unemployed. Baron is unemployed, yet somehow managed to rake in a cool $150 million last year. Baron is unemployed, yet somehow managed to rake in a cool $150 million last year, AND NOT A SINGLE REPUBLICAN CARES. Remember when those same Republicans tried to get President Biden IMPEACHED because his son sold paintings for $50,000. I do. Hypocrites.

To be clear, evil billionaire scumbag Zuckerberg shutting down the official No Kings account in the middle of nationwide protests isn’t a mistake, it’s an assault on a free speech and expression, it’s pure fascism.

ICE run over U.S. citizen riding his bike—break his arm. Agents handcuff him behind his back without calling paramedics. They inflict even more injuries—send him to the hospital in serious condition. Then agents detain another U.S. citizen—for yelling at them on the sidewalk. Man with the broken arm's daughter says he was hit on his e-bike by an unmarked car. He was then tased twice and pinned to the ground—currently receiving treatment at the hospital. Multiple ICE vehicles were running through stop signs—speeding the wrong way down one-way streets. All on a weekend afternoon with kids playing outside. Incident occurred near the intersection of East 56th Street & Elm Avenue in Long Beach, California. Stop ICE Net doesn't have an account on this platform—so posting first full length, English translated, and credited video here to help raise awareness.

BREAKING: In a stunning moment, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy just went on TV and made clear that Donald Trump is abandoning Ukraine. Just weeks after Don Jr's wedding paid for by a Russian oligarch, this happens. The corruption is astounding.

Pat Murphy did not get a real big league managing job until he was 65 years old He has won Manager of the Year twice since Here is his whole story He never played a day in the major leagues himself. He was a catcher who signed with the San Francisco Giants and spent four years in the minors without ever getting called up He was the head coach at Arizona State for fifteen seasons. He won 629 games there and took them to the College World Series four times. Before that he was at Notre Dame and won 318 more Then it ended. He resigned in the middle of an NCAA investigation, after being told to resign or be fired The NCAA found him innocent of the violations. What they actually reprimanded him for was his attitude toward their investigators. They called it cavalier Here is how he describes that stretch "I was a college coach forever, and then I had this huge injustice happen, and I thought, Why me?" And then this, about himself "My ego was involved a great deal more than it should have been." So at 51 years old he went to the minor leagues Eugene, Oregon. Tucson. El Paso. Nearly five years riding buses in the low minors after fifteen years running one of the best programs in the country San Diego gave him the interim job and he went 42 and 54 in 96 games. They did not keep him "I did everything wrong five times." So he took a job as somebody's bench coach in Milwaukee. He did that for eight years Then Craig Counsell left for Chicago, and the Brewers handed it to the 65 year old Here is what happened next. Manager of the Year. Then Manager of the Year again. 97 wins last season, 103 this one And a sweep of a Los Angeles roster built to never lose a series like this He was not some nobody they found in a parking lot. He was one of the best college coaches alive before any of this, and the Brewers handed him a roster Counsell had already built. But he was 51 when he had to start over in the low minors, and 65 before anybody gave him a team of his own for a full season. Christian Yelich said it takes a certain kind of player to play for him. It took a certain kind of man to still be waiting at 65 (Via @thesportsontap)
