Kevin Durant gotta be one of the best investors of all time team be cooking.
Kevin Durant and his business partner, Rich Kleiman, invested in Hugging Face's seed & Series A fundraising rounds. Nvidia just acquired the company for $12.9 billion, and since I'm told Durant invested $100,000 in the seed round and $150,000 in the Series A, he likely made more than $60 million on this investment alone. That is one of the best athlete investments ever (and more money than Durant will make playing in the NBA this season).

BREAKING: Iran has completely ruled out any future negotiations with the Trump administration, declaring it will wait out Donald Trump's term until January 20, 2029, per Iranian outlets and Ghalibaf advisor's post. "Trump will not reach an agreement with us. We will accompany him until his term ends," said Majid Shakeri, advisor to Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf. He posted: "The path to victory is neither fighting nor a deal — it is managing the process of neither war nor peace, up to the point of victory. Publicly confirming negotiations with the U.S. is sheer folly. The winning approach is denial, ambiguity, and strategic patience." Iran's conditions remain unchanged: $300 billion in compensation, release of frozen assets, and withdrawal of U.S. forces. Until then, the Strait stays closed.

Keep your problems smaller than your life. A flat tire is a flat tire. A bad meeting is a bad meeting. A canceled flight is just an extra two hours. These things become catastrophes when you let them. But they stay manageable when you remember the depth of your real life- the people you love, the work you care about, the beautiful years still ahead. Zoom out. Fit your reaction to the size of the problem.

Gambling is cool until you start winning against the casinos. This is an easy movie script.
A 24 year old from Chicago who still lives with his parents spent months studying sports betting books and found a legal edge in football parlays. He won $800,000 across two Caesars casinos. Caesars voided every ticket and sent his $50,000 stake back instead. Two state gaming commissions sided with Caesars. He is now suing them in federal court. – Thomas McPeek is a 24 year old from suburban Chicago who lives with his parents. – He spent months reading sports betting publications and studying parlay structures, bets where multiple events all have to happen to produce a win. – He identified what he believed was a consistent edge in certain football wagers where Caesars was pricing odds in ways that gave a sharp bettor an advantage. – In August 2024 he walked into the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond Indiana with roughly $30,000 and placed hundreds of small bets at self-service kiosks over the course of a week. – He won $350,000. – In September he moved to the Isle Casino in Bettendorf Iowa also owned by Caesars and won another $450,000. – He placed his bets in small amounts at kiosks specifically to avoid drawing attention. – Total winnings across both casinos: $800,000. – When McPeek returned to collect at Horseshoe in October 2024 his winning tickets were voided. – Caesars said he had violated their house rules by coordinating bets across state lines and by structuring his wagers in small amounts. – Caesars refunded his original $50,000 stake. They kept the rest. – One casino had already paid him before catching on. Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City Indiana paid him $127,000 in winnings then asked him never to return. – McPeek filed complaints with gaming regulators in both Indiana and Iowa. Both sided with Caesars. – In 2025 he filed a civil lawsuit against Caesars in US District Court in Nevada. – Caesars filed a motion to dismiss in July 2025 arguing the lawsuit was filed in the wrong jurisdiction and that McPeek had agreed to their terms when placing his bets. – "It's not like I can snap my fingers and make the bets win," McPeek told CBS News. "They still have to win." – The case is still ongoing. A 24 year old who lives with his parents studied betting books, found a legal edge, won $800,000 across two casinos, and watched every winning ticket get voided.

many of you aren't ready to hear this, but the fact he looks like that and is a pilot is actually proof he's probably more qualified than most of his white counterparts old white guys who run everything dont hire black guys who look like this unless their talent is undeniable

We are currently type 0 working towards Type 1 which is being able to harvest all the energy in the planet and store it for consumption. Type 2 = directly consuming the energy of a star like the sun. Type 5 = multiversal Type 7 = Omniversal and so forth.

Celtics are the worst franchise I can only applaud this because JB is a polymath. So important to prove intelligence has no limits
The NBA has honestly suppressed the fact that Jaylen Brown is a modern polymath. Some NBA GMs said he was “too smart” for the League during the 2016 draft. Great role model. UC Berkeley chess team. MIT Media Lab Fellow. He is such a League asset. He should be a cultural icon.

People who are not able to embrace new ideas are actually the “dumb” ones. Science is literally all about embracing new hypothesis, testing verifying and repeating. People who can break outside the box are more useful than those who cannot. Also he a fed
Neil deGrasse Tyson dropped a video. As gently as he possibly can, calls Terrence Howard the dumbest nigga who ever lived.
