To everyone in the West panicking over "escalation": watch this video. This is the shore of the Persian Gulf in Hormozgan. A little girl is calmly swinging on the beach while the Islamic Republic's military facilities burn to the ground in the background. We are not mourning the destruction of our occupiers. We are not crying over their burning terror machine. While Western diplomats wring their hands and debate the "humanitarian cost" on their pathetic scales, the actual Iranian people are watching our rescue mission unfold. This is exactly what we asked for. Obliterate their military apparatus. We are just waiting for the smoke to clear so we can take our country back.

More proof that "common sense" isn't so common. This coward can't handle real debate. Claims repeated use if an appropriate meme is "boring". Lol

If anyone I was arguing with wants to continue the debate, hit me up. I, at least, do welcome opposing ideas and arguments. Be respectful to me, and I will respond in kind.

Keep in mind: when the left and Seaman Senator Kelly remind you that Kelly flew 39 missions and 4 space flights, that while doing so...he was following orders. Did he question any? Yet he tried to convince young troops to play lawyer probably ruining their lives in the process.

Another one that can't argue because they have no argument. Seaman Kelly never showed any unlawful orders were given and ignored the fact that orders MUST be MANIFESTLY unlawful to be disobeyed. Otherwise, orders are presumed lawful.

For everyone claiming the shooting of Renee Good was murder, consider this: the vehicle did hit the agent. Her Honda Pilot is larger/more powerful than Darrell Brooks's Ford Escape that he used to kill 6 people and injure 62 in Waukesha in 2021. This was self defense.

Not so fast… The 14th Amendment states: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, AND SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” What does that mean, “subject to the jurisdiction of”? Senator John Bingham, widely regarded as the author of the 14th Amendment said during the floor debates on the 14th Amendment: “…every human being born within the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof… excludes all persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers…” Congressional Globe, 39th Congress, 1st Session (1866) Page 2540 (May 10, 1866) And Senator Howard added: “This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.” The 14th Amendment is clear on its face. If there was any doubt whatsoever, Senators Bingham and Howard removed it with the comments they made on the Senate floor. Illegal aliens were not considered to be “subject to the jurisdiction of the United States” and any child born of someone in this country illegally is not entitled to citizenship. Elk v. Wilkins (1884) is the only Supreme Court case before or since that directly interpreted the meaning of “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” in the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment. John Elk was an American Indian born on a reservation within the territorial limits of the United States. He later renounced his tribal allegiance, moved to Omaha, Nebraska, and tried to register to vote. Election officials refused, saying he was not a citizen. Elk sued. The Supreme Court ruled that Elk was not a citizen under the 14th Amendment, even though he was born on U.S. soil. This is why the Indian Citizenship Act was passed by Congress years later, for the express purpose of giving native Americans citizenship. No one else. In 1898, the Supreme Court decided the case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark . The court did not directly address birthright citizenship for children of parents in the US illegally. The case involved a person born in the US whose parents who were legal residents. The court ruled that children of those here legally are citizens. SCOTUS has never ruled specifically that children born here of illegal alien parents are entitled to US citizenship.

So, the "Seditious Six" produced a video encouraging military members to potentially violate their oath, the UCMJ, and attempting to undermine POTUS and the military chain of command expressly to interfere with operations. They did it with credetials showing Mens Rea. Prosecute

LOL. True to form, @DidntVote4APedo, couldn't defend a string of lies she posted in response to a comment of mine. When I replied to the nonsense posts with an offer to discuss, she/he/it/whatever blocked me. She asked if anyone wanted to talk about this stuff, too. Lol

I advocate for selling a firearm to ANYONE with serious mental issue. However, as it stands, they have to be adjudicated as "mentally defective" or had been committed in an institution. I propose no less and no more in this case. You're telling everyone you are unreasonable.

It shouldn't need to be clarified but this was a typo. Obviously, my entire argument is about NOT selling firearms to mentally disturbed people. A disengenous P.O.S. wants use my typo because they are losing the argument.

So, people are clambering for all unredacted "Epstein Files" be released to the public. My concern with this is, if they are trying to build cases against the same powerful people that the victims are afraid to name, wouldn't this taint any future juries? Can you say mistrials?

In NY, the statute of limitations for 2nd degree rape is 20 years. The U.S. Virgin Islands has no such limitations on aggravated rape 1st or 2nd degree.
