After the Judge DENIED Disneys request to DISMISS my case, Disney requested permission to immediately appeal that decision to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and delay all discovery while that appeal takes place.
Yesterday, October 16th, 2024 we learned that the Judge DENIED Disney’s unusual request.
I am obviously very pleased with the opportunity to keep moving forward with the judicial process and into discovery.
While I wish this was not necessary as it is not my desire to be in this battle in court. I will not shrink away from it because it is hard or uncomfortable.
Again, a huge thanks to ALL of you who have shown me support daily, to my incredible lawyers and to Elon Musk @elonmusk and the people at @X for the opportunity in continuing this lawsuit and seeking justice.
Onward. 🙏

I am moved to tears. After a brutal 3 1/2 years, I am being given the opportunity to move forward in the court of law before the judge and my peers to clear my name. I am so grateful for this opportunity.
What happened to me was unacceptable, absurd and abusive, among other things. It should not have happened to me, and it should not happen to anyone else moving forward. Let it stop here.
I quite literally fought to get to where I got to in my career through intense ups and downs, and I’ll keep up that fight to continue doing what I love. I appreciate all of you who stood by me and defended me, and I am so sorry that similar situations have happened to some of you. I want you to know that I see you and I stand with you.
Thank you to @elonmusk , a man I have never even met, who so graciously gave me a fighting chance. Thank you for standing for justice for all of humanity. May God bless you and your family for years to come because He has chosen you for such a time as this. ❤️
Below is an interview I did with @benshapiro 3 1/2 years ago February 2021 at my lowest point. I was wounded and in so much pain, but I feel that pain lifting now. I pray for justice to shine through this case. It’s been one heck of a life. I am looking forward to getting back to the art of storytelling and doing my part to help the world heal.

If you received a Mail-In Ballot even though you DID NOT request one… you may have already “unknowingly voted” and will not be able to vote on Election Day
🔴 MEMORIZE AND FOLLOW THESE STEPS IF THAT HAPPENS
1. He’s suggesting to request a mail-in ballot. DO NOT DO THAT… this only applies if you DID NOT request a ballot.
2. DO NOT OPEN your mail in ballot that you did not request. Even if you get multiple.
3. Bring your Unopened Mail-in ballot on Election Day to vote.
—— when you get there, there’s a high statistical chance they will tell you that you’ve already voted…
—— don’t complain or say election interference.
4. They will give you a provisional ballot, which will let you vote, but it will be investigated. Don’t fill it out.
—— what they don’t tell you is that they’ll count the mail-in ballot you did not request, and won’t count the provisional ballot.
—— ask for a supervisor to confirm everything one more time that you’ve already voted.
5. CALL YOUR SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT (non-emergency), NOT THE POLICE
—— make sure you have this number pre-loaded on your phone.
6. Tell the Sheriff line you need to report identify theft at a “RETAIL LOCATION”, tell them you watched it happen, and you’re still there. Tell them you need a deputy to respond.
—— DO NOT say polling place…
—— do not mention ballots, or voting
7. The Sheriff is going to show up and speak to who you spoke to at the polling place (election worker and Supervisor)… they will get the same story. That you already voted.
8. After that, take out your mail-in ballot…. And say “this is my mail-in ballot, it’s not opened and I have not voted! Somebody has stolen my identity.”
9. You will get a report right then and there on the books.
—— DO NOT surrender your ballot. There is no requirement by law to surrender it, because it’s your property. This is my evidence, they’ve stolen my ID, I’m keeping it.
10. Now you have empowered a Sheriff to force the right type of investigation, whom actually has the ability to investigate and seize ballot boxes.
