Today the the Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued a ruling upholding Act 40 of 2023. Here is my statement โฌ๏ธ
โThe lawlessness perpetuated by DA Larry Krasner has been detrimental to the safety of Americaโs 6th largest city. However, since Act 40 was fully implemented, we have seen greater stability for riders & employees across the SEPTA network, along with a decline in crime.

The withdrawal of Gov. Shapiro and the PA Department of Healthโs overbearing and unconstitutional proposed regulations is a tremendous victory for the grassroots efforts of Pennsylvanians.
Senate Republicans did the hard work of identifying PennDOT was sitting on $3.3 billion in the Motor License Fund and could not explain why the money wasnโt being used for important road projects.
