Thank you Team @ArmaninoLLP!
We’d like to take a second to give a shout-out to the 26 volunteers from the Armanino Foundation that took the time to prepare our garden beds for the coming rain and spring planting! We are grateful for our community’s help in keeping OMCA beautiful! #OaklandLove #BigPeace

Okay, today was a day, but I need to say in conclusion: if you *know* that the way we do things in the nonprofit industry is inequitable and rooted in white supremacy culture, the solution isn't to continue to do it because it's a white supremacy practice you're comfortable with.
