What does a salary cap actually do?
Today, the Dodgers fit 8 stars in their bag. Under MLB’s proposal, every team's bag only holds 5. Every team gets the same bag, and every team has to fill most of it. Stars still get paid, just not by the same 5 teams.

Does the NHL think the only way to market hockey to women is this sexist gimmick?
99.9% of fans attracted from HR/BookTok aren't even real fans of the sport.
They're doing a brutal disservice to the women working in the industry and the millions of actual women's hockey fans out there.
Reminder that the NHL is the only league in the North American big-4 without a Domestic Violence policy, let's start there and amplify the PWHL and women working in the NHL (whether it's media or management) some more if we want to grow the game. There's a lot of really smart hockey minds out there that are women, no need for this cringe shit that just divides both sides more.

6 years ago today our Parkland community was shaken after a senseless act of violence stole 17 lives from us.
Today and always we remember those that lost their lives, the families that had to move on without their loved ones and the students/faculty that had to endure the sense of loss of their classmates and coworkers.
Florida Panthers legend Roberto Luongo who is a resident of Parkland, Florida gave this inspirational speech in the aftermath and will forever live in our hearts in the Florida Panthers and Parkland community.
Today and forever, we honor:
