A California man fishing from his kayak had a startling encounter when a great white shark swam within inches of him.

It isn't Islamophobia Awareness Month. It is Remembrance Month. You know for the people who fought and died for this country so your ilk could sit on your arses with the comments turned off on benefits. Tosser.
This Islamophobia Awareness Month, we must shine a light on the abhorrent hatred and discrimination Muslims continue to face. In the last year alone, religious hate crimes targeting Muslims rose by 15% in England and Wales. This is utterly unacceptable. London will always stand against hatred, prejudice and discrimination.

In London 7 July 2005, 4 jihadi bombers detonated devices. Resulting in 52 fatalities & 784 injuries, 24 of them critically. This would have been even more if the second round of Islamist suicide bombers managed to detonate, thankfully the bombs didn’t work.

The opening of TOP GUN: MAVERICK (2022) is pure adrenaline. Harold Faltermeyer’s Top Gun Anthem builds over the carrier deck before Danger Zone kicks in and the jets roar into the sky.
Name a scene from a movie that gave you genuine goosebumps.

42 years ago tonight, a boy named Daniel Larusso was brutally attacked by a gang of masked thugs. Two months and one illegal crane kick later, young Daniel would exact his revenge with the help of a maintenance man from Okinawa. Please remember the true meaning of Halloween.

This #BeatLukeLittler only confirms one thing. A Royal Rumble of darts would be sensational TV. Same rules, one leg 501. 30 players, Winner stays on. As soon as the leg is over a 10 second countdown starts and the next players music starts and walks out. We don’t know who is in it, old players new players. Imagine all of a sudden Phil Taylor’s music starts to play… Would be amazing TV.

Back in 2010, the minimum wage was £12,064 and the 'higher earner' band started at £43,875. You only paid 40% tax once you were earning 3.6x the minimum wage. There was clear incentive to progress, learn and aspire for more. As things stand, you now start paying 40% tax once you earn £50,270 which is just 1.83x the minimum wage. If it was the same multiple as 2010, the 'higher earning' band would be £98,841 and everyone below this amount would be paying 20%. Someone on £98,841 is effectively losing out on £9714.20 net per year if the bandings had simply moved in line with previous multiples relative to minimum wage. This is one of the reasons why the middle class is being eroded and why there's a cost of living crisis in the UK.
An increase to £13.20p/h equates to a minimum wage of £27,456, based on a 40 hour week. Once you factor in employers NI and basic pension contributions, the MINIMUM cost to hire a 21 year old for a company would be £31,461. This is before you factor in any overarching business costs like office space, laptops, phone, software, training, support staff, vehicles etc. This is going to be devastating to SME's who cant put together a simple 12 month budget without the goalposts being moved & their margins squeezed. It'll also be catastrophic to youngsters opportunities because businesses will simply not be able to afford to hire them. What's also incredible is that anything above £50,270 is seen as 'high earnings' in the UK and is taxed at 40%! We are governed by financially and economically illiterate morons. This will not end well.

JOHN SIVEBAEK (DAN) Manchester Utd Born: Vejle, 25.10.61 Caps: 87 (1982–92) Goals: 1 Career: 1980–97 – Vejle, Man Utd, Saint-Étienne, Monaco, Pescara, AGF Mexico record: P1(1) The full-back gained prominence after a fabulous solo goal – his only one for Denmark in 87 games – during a qualifier against Ireland in 1985, dribbling from the right-back position to lob the keeper from the left edge of the penalty area. That earned him a move to Manchester United, and in November 1986 he created a piece of club history by scoring the first goal of Alex Ferguson’s 27-year reign. Sivebaek - who turns 65 today - endured a frustrating Mexico after falling ill ahead of the opener, but won a winners’ medal at Euro 92. He later worked as an agent, notably engineering Thomas Gravesen’s move from Everton to Real Madrid. Taken from The Heroes of Mexico 86 - OUT NOW!

THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK (1980) is the sequel that changed the rules. Irvin Kershner took a story about space heroes and gave it moral complexity and an ending that left an entire generation questioning everything they thought they knew about Star Wars.
What movie has you completely locked in from the opening scene to the final frame? Where every scene matters and even the end credits leave you sitting there thinking about what you just watched?
