In the sustainability world, the concept of circularity, or the reuse of plastics or other resources as often as possible to reduce waste and emissions, is gaining traction.

The Blumberg Institute has been awarded a $5.5 million NIH contract to develop a potential cure for yellow fever. There is currently no cure or treatment for yellow fever, a mosquito-borne disease.
