This. One of the most fundamental travesties of the last 20 years is the proliferation of marketing agencies selling 'repeatable' playbooks to hopeful customers. There is no playbook for your business, esp if you're a complex startup targeting new problem. Have to build custom
A marketing hill I’ll die on: There’s no such thing as implementing a “proven playbook”. While there are certainly fundamental marketing building blocks that need to be established regardless of the situation, there are just too many variables at play to merely apply a previous playbook to a novel environment. Today I used @SelectFew's AI (Averi) to build complex PAS models of every ICP that we have in 5 minutes. It did a better job than nearly any human I've worked with, and I've worked with 100s of marketers. Who wants to join an early-access beta group and try it out?

This means by using operational marketing AI such as the one being built at @SelectFew, we can envision a future where marketers actually get to be marketers - strategic and creative thinkers instead of overburdened operational coordinators.

If you spend a lot of time thinking about closed doors, you'll spot a lot of closed doors. If you spend a lot of time thinking about open doors, you'll spot a lot of open doors. You'll always find what you seek.
