Reminiscent of the crazy indoor intramural wiffle ball rules. Ceiling balls were called foul, including the would be walkoff we had that hit the ceiling beyond the homerun distance. Still foul. Bhavin got an earful that day

Ty France’s potential go-ahead HR in the ninth hit the roof in Milwaukee and was caught by Jackson Chourio. The umpires ruled it an out. Milwaukee would go on to get the final out and win the game.

It’s like the seethers intentionally jumping offsides in flag football to make it first and long instead of first and 1. Play the rules to your advantage til they adjust it.
