Well, it didn’t go so well last week for @dixondrew in his battle with @RonWixson, so he is taking his frustrations out on @thebriansteb.
Big day for two of the friendliest guys I know, because on the day of the Red River Rivalry, @dixondrew and @RonWixson become enemies.
Naismith’s great-great grandsons, @AmericasGuest15 and @BaronVonWestEnd, carry on this tradition even to present day.

Pax of 12 felt like this mule after #TRQ this morning. No tunes, minimal running, and high reps of sucky exercises. Plenty of merkins, plenty of leg exercises, plenty of abs, plus Beers and Sunshine. Good times.
