If anyone can assist us with legal advice on how to go about getting my car back from smartsure(a Renault insurance) who took my car and warranted it as a write off after an accident but still haven’t replaced nor paid off the car finance with @Nedbank , please assist.

Got into a car accident 4 months ago resulting in our financed car being written off. @Renault_SA ‘s Smartsure insurance still hasn’t fulfilled its promise of providing a substitute car whilst @Nedbank ‘s MFC continues to debit its instalments for a car I nolonger have.Send help

It’s so unfortunate that we entrusted @Renault_SA by buying a car which had ‘a year’s free insurance’ as part of the bargain because it’s been 4 months since the car was written off post an accident and I still haven’t received a replacement car or a pay out for the write off.

I’ve had the worst experience with you guys over the last two months! A technician came and installed a tracker and left out the panic button and has been mia ever since. Your call centre consultants give the worst service!!
